The inclined pedestal 4 has an inclined position in which the end side of the transfer conveyor 2 is lowered, and its angle of inclination is as follows.
A height position at which the upper end of the box side wall 3A on the upstream side in the transport direction of the canned product of the box 3 supplied onto the inclined pedestal 4 does not come into contact with the lower end of the canned product A suspended and conveyed by the conveyor 6. The upper end of the box side wall 3B on the downstream side is placed in a position where it contacts the lower end of the canned product A. This inclined pedestal 4
A vacuum head 15 is provided in the center of the box to prevent the box 3 supplied thereon from moving erratically. Note that this means is not limited to the one using a vacuum, but may be any other suitable means.

The conveyor 6 is configured as shown in FIG. 3 because the canned products A are intended for products that can be attracted by magnetic force, such as canned products made of magnetic material and bottled products covered with lids made of magnetic material. The pulleys 17 and 18 are made of a material that is not easily magnetic, such as stainless steel.
The magnetic conveyor is constituted by a belt 19 wound between the belts 19 and a magnet 20 disposed directly above the lower running side 19A of the belt 19. Therefore, when the canned product A is conveyed on the transfer conveyor 2 and reaches below the area where the magnet 20 is arranged, the canned product A is sucked up via the belt 19 and placed on the inclined pedestal 4 while adhering to the lower surface of the belt 19. , and will be carried to the middle of the carry-out conveyor 5. In the figure, 21 is a motor for driving the transfer conveyor 21, and 22 is a motor for driving the transfer conveyor 6.

つぎに上記実施例の作用を説明する。 Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained.

On the other hand, the boxes 3 with opened lids are supplied to the box supply conveyor 13 and transported, and the first box 3 is stopped on the stop station 13A. Next, the pusher 14 is operated, and the side surface of the box 3 is pushed by the push plate 14A, and the case 3 is transferred onto the inclined base 4, and as shown in the third figure, the box side wall 3 on the downstream side in the transport direction of the canned product A is pushed.
B is high, and the box side wall 3A on the upstream side is placed in a low inclined position.

When the canned product A sent on the transfer conveyor 2 enters the area where the magnet 20 of the transport conveyor 6 is arranged, the canned product A is attracted to the magnet 20 via the belt 19, and due to the belt movement of the belt 19. The canned product A is suspended and reaches the box 3 on the inclined base 4. At this time, when a predetermined number of canned products A have passed, the partition stoppers 11, 11 protrude onto the path to stop the progress of subsequent canned products A, and also prevent the predetermined number of final canned products A from passing.
When the product passes the position of the pressure air blowing nozzle 12, pressure air is blown out from the nozzle 12, and the final canned product A is easily separated from the preceding canned product A.
Pressurized air is applied behind them to fill the gap and ensure alignment.

In this way, a predetermined number (1 dozen) of the canned products A are suspended and supported on the transport conveyor 6, and the first canned product A is tilted on the inclined base 4 in the case 3.
When the canned product A reaches the downstream side wall 3B, the lower end of the canned product A comes into contact with the upper end of the box side wall 3B from the inner side as shown in Figure 3, and drags the canned product A as shown in Figure 3. move in the direction. Along with this movement, the box 3 gradually shifts from an inclined position to a horizontal position,
With this transition, the lower ends of the predetermined number of canned products A suspended and supported by the conveyor conveyor 6 all fit into the case 3. During this period, the upper ends of the canned products A gradually come out of the area where the magnet 20 is placed and are released from their holding, and when the case 3 is transferred onto the carry-out conveyor 5, all of the canned products A are removed. It is placed in the box 3 and carried out by the drive of the carry-out conveyor 5.

During this time, the next box 3 is fed onto the inclined base 4 by the pusher 14, and the partition stopper 11,
The next predetermined number of canned products A separated by 11 are suspended and transported by the conveyor 6 in the same manner as described above, and are continuously packed in boxes in the same manner as described above.

As explained above, according to the packaging apparatus for canned products according to the present invention, the canned products can be stored at a position below the conveyance route of the canned products, which are transported with the upper part supported. The opened case is arranged in an inclined position so that the side wall of the box on the downstream side in the transport direction of the canned product can come into contact with the lower part of the canned product to be transported, and the lower part of the canned product to be transported is in contact with the box. When it comes into contact with the side wall, the lower part of the canned product moves together with the box, and during this movement, the box shifts to a horizontal position, and the lower part of the canned product gradually enters the box, By releasing the support for the canned product at a predetermined position, the canned product is stored inside the box, so the cans do not collide with each other when the canned products are packed into the box. Canned products can be packed smoothly, thereby reliably preventing damage to the canned products.
