て水の侵入を防いでいる。また脚部2の芯金3は
ポリプロピレン等の樹脂被覆層12で覆われてお
り、コンクリート壁10の孔11は、この樹脂被
覆層12の端部12aが嵌入しうるように、段部
端面11aが設けられ、さらにコンクリート壁1
0の孔11と、樹脂被覆層12の接する部分は、
それぞれテーパ面11b,12bを形成してお
り、密着しやすい構造になつている。しかしなが
ら、大雨時や水圧が高い場合には、足掛具1のテ
ーパ面12bと孔11のテーパ面11bとの隙間
を通りゴムパツキン6の内径側の隙間から水漏れ
が起き、多量の水が浸入するという問題がある。
本考案はこのような水もれを防止して、水密構造
の足掛具を得るために成されたものである。

10に、脚部2を固定するようになつている。足
掛具1の脚部2の芯金3には、樹脂を被覆して樹
脂被覆層12が形成されるがそれによつて段部が
つくられ、段部端面12aが形成される。尚こゝ
までは第2図の場合と同様である。一方、樹脂被
覆層12によつて形成された段部端面12aに相
対するように、コンクリート壁10の孔11には
段部がつくられ段部端面11aを形成する。そし
てコンクリート壁10の孔11の段部端面11a
と、樹脂被覆層12の段部端面12aとの間に、
環状パツキンとしてOリング13を介装する。ま
たコンクリート壁10の孔11と脚部2の樹脂被
覆層12とが接する部分は、コンクリート壁10
の孔11にテーパ面11bを形成し、脚部2の樹
脂被覆層12の先部には、孔11のテーパ面11
bと同じテーパ角を有するテーパ面12bを形成
すると共に複数の環状ひれ12cを形成させる。
