【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案はシールド工法のトンネル路に用いるコ
ンクリートセグメントに装着するセグメントのグ
ラウトホール用プラグに関するものである。

〈従来の技術〉 従来、一般に用いられているコンクリートセグ
メントに装着するグラウトホール用プラグは、第
4図に示す如きにネジ込み部とフランジ部をもつ
たプラグ本体と、このフランジ部面に単なるゴム
等よりなるOリングを載置する構成を採つてな
る。この場合のOリングは、単にフランジ部とソ
ケツト端間に介在するパツキン使用で安定装着と
ならず、このため止水性を高めようとし、プラグ
本体を強く締付ければ、このOリングは捩れる等
して確実な止水効果が得られない。従つて、今ま
でのものはソケツト側の水圧がわずかであつても
Oリングが変形し出水を招くものであつた。この
ことは、特に近時の地下鉄工事の如きに大なる地
下水圧を受ける深地中の構築に当つて問題とな
る。また、上記構成のプラグは、Oリングが不安
定のため所定のつぶししろを取るに際し、極めて
大なるトルクを与えねばならず、作業性にも問題
を残すものである。

撮み部を配したプラグ本体を形成すると共に、こ
のネジ込み部の基部に設けたテーパー状さら部に
Oリング用溝を刻設し、該溝にOリングを嵌着
し、Oリングにずれを招かないプラグとしたもの
である。

面)程度突出しえる如くし、且つ所定のつぶしし
ろの巾を有するものである。ちなみに、Oリング
7の径は従来のものより小径のものでよい。

し直交刻設となつているため、該溝6の基方(フ
ランジ部側)が必然的に段盛部6aを呈し、Oリ
ング7の片面を最大に受止め得、この点からも螺
挿に対する安定性を増すものとなつている。

ング7が変形することもなく、高圧にも耐える。
ちなみに、前述の形状条件のプラグにあつて、30
Kg/m2まで加圧しても漏水、出水をみなかつた。

の螺合に対しOリングは安定し歪を招かない確実
な止水効果を得、且つこの場合の溝はテーパー状
となるさら部に有するため、該溝の後部が段盛部
となり一種のバツクアツプリング作用を配すの
で、大なる漏水圧が掛かつてもはみ出し現象を招
かず、この点からも長期使用に耐えものとなる。
また、このOリングは溝嵌合の安定装着でよいた
め、極めて小径のOリングでよく、組立て装着等
も容易となる。更に、このOリングはさら部に配
す構造のため、締付け作業も簡単となる等の実用
的効果を奏する。
