The heat insulating means 4 configured as described above is constructed by fixing the top wall 19 of the uppermost stage to the mounting piece 21 provided at the center of the channel-shaped fixture 20 fixed to the upper frame 5, thereby connecting the inner partition 2 and the outer side. It is located between 3 partitions. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 (only one will be shown and explained), pulley mounting pieces 22 and 22' are fixed to the lower surface of the fixture 20 in parallel to each other, and the pulley 23 is fixed to the indoor side of both ends of the fixture 20. It is rotatably attached, and the elastic string 17 passing through the uppermost connecting piece 15 is attached to the pulley 2.
It is designed to be multiplied by 3. A pulley 24 is provided on the side wall 13 at the lower side opposite to the pulley 22, and pulleys 25 and 26 are provided on the indoor side wall 13 on the same horizontal plane as both pulleys 23 and 24, respectively. The elastic string 17 passing through the fixture 20 and the inner partition wall 7 is made into an endless shape and is tied around each of the pulleys to allow the heat insulating member 14 to expand and contract.
