性ボールペンに関する。

プ付水性ボールペンに比べて、インクの揮発によ
る減量が極めて少なく、使用期間内でのインクの
減量が実用上問題とならないように構成されてい
る。しかしながら斯様なキヤツプレス水性ボール
ペンでも長期間放置されるとペン先や空気孔から
のインクの揮発が免れず筆記寿命が短縮する問題
がある。そこで消費者に渡るまで店頭に置かれて
いる状態では、外軸とその内部に収納するリフイ
ールを分離して、リフイールのみを別個に包装す
るといつた手段が講じられており、このリフイー
ルのみを分離して包装するコストのために安価な
製品を消費者に提供することが困難であつた。ま
た使用する場合にリフイールを包装袋から取り出
して外軸内に装着しなければならず極めて煩わし
い問題もあつた。本考案はかかる問題点を解決し
たキヤツプレス水性ボールペンの提供を目的とす
る。

用キヤツプを嵌着した状態のリフイールをそのま
まの形態で外軸内部に収納可能とし、リフイール
の筆記部を外軸の先端口から突出させる場合にリ
フイールに嵌着した状態の保存用キヤツプもリフ
イールと共に外軸先端口から突出してリフイール
から取り外しできるように保存用キヤツプの寸法
を適宜に設定したことを特徴とするものである。

外軸であり、後端を開口し、先端口2の内面部に
段部3を有し、後端近傍の側面にはクリツプ4を
一体的に突設し、当該クリツプ4の前端下面部に
玉部5を有し、当該玉部5には係合段部6を形成
し、クリツプ4と対向する側面には玉部5のやや
前方位置からクリツプ4の取付基部7の近傍に至
る軸方向に長い窓孔8を設けている。9は水性ボ
ールペンリフイールであり、前端に筆記部10を
有し、その後方にテーパ軸部11を有し、その後
方に小径軸部12及び中径軸部13を有し、さら
にその後方に大径軸部14を有して、テーパ軸部
11には空気孔15を穿設し、小径軸部12と中
径軸部13の境界部の外面部には円周方向の係合
溝16を有し、中径軸部13と大径軸部14の境
界部には段部17を有し、大径軸部14の後端か
ら多少前方位置の側面には係合突起18を設け、
全長は外軸1の全長よりも長く設定されている。
リフイール9はその係合突起18を窓孔8に嵌入
させて軸方向に移動自在に且つ後端部を外軸1の
後端開口部から所要長さ突出させた状態に収納さ
れ、係合突起18が窓孔8の後縁に衝合するまで
後退した状態で前端の筆記部10が外軸1の先端
口2より後方に位置すると共に、係合突起18が
クリツプ4の玉部5の係合段部6の前方に位置す
るまで前進した状態で筆記部10から係合溝16
の後方の中径軸部13の前端近傍までが外軸1の
先端口2より前方に位置するように、係合突起1

ねであり、外軸1の先端口内面段部3とリフイー
ル9の外面段部17との間に介装され、リフイー
ル9を後方へ附勢している。従つて、リフイール

突起18が窓孔8の後縁に衝合するまで後退して
筆記部10は外軸1の内部に没入する状態とな
る。20は保存用キヤツプであり、外径は一定で
外軸1の先端口2の内径よりも僅かに小さく設定
され、半径方向に多少弾性変形可能な開口縁内面
部には係合突起21が設けられ、内径はリフイー
ル9の小径軸部12に気密に接触する適宜な値に
設定され、又軸方向の長さはその係合突起21を
係合溝16に嵌合させてリフイール9に冠着した
状態でリフイール9が外軸1の内部で後退限の位
置にあるときにその頂端面22が外軸1の先端縁
より僅かに前方へ突出する寸法に設定されてい
る。

るといつた手段を講じる必要性が解消し、包装に
要するコストが削減されて安価な製品の供給を可
能とする作用効果がある。又、使用する場合はそ
のままリフイールの筆記部を外軸先端口から突出
させれば保存用キヤツプも同時に突出するので直
に保存用キヤツプを外して筆記を開始できるの
で、従来のようにまず包装袋からリフイールを取
り出して次に外軸の内部に装着するといつた手間
が省けて作業を極めて簡便化するという作用効果
もある。
