精度検査を行うために前記加工台にクランプされ
る治具本体に加工台にクランプされた際に主軸の
回転軸線上にくるように芯出し穴を形成し、この
芯出し穴に基準棒を嵌合し、前記芯出し穴と、前
記クランプ機構のクランプ位置との間に、前記ク
ランプ機構のクランプ力が働く方向にスリツトを
