[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to a weir plate for concrete formwork, and more specifically, it is a weir plate for concrete formwork that facilitates the release of air bubbles and excess water in poured concrete to the outside, and increases the number of times of use. Concerning weir plates for concrete formwork.

(Prior art) Traditionally, wooden boards have been used as dam plates for concrete formwork, but under conditions where bubble marks are likely to occur, especially in the lower part of the concrete surface in sloped concrete pouring methods. Yes, and the occurrence of bubble traces was observed, although there were some differences. Generally, it is said that the cause of these bubble marks is that the release of air in the poured concrete is blocked by the formwork, and air bubble marks remain on the surface after the formwork is removed.

To deal with this problem, a method has recently been proposed in which a cloth sheet is fixed with rivets to a metal form having uniformly distributed through holes, and this method is highly effective in preventing air bubble marks.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, the cloth sheet pasted on the surface of the weir board is made of highly strong materials such as polyester and nylon, so while it is strong against alkaline concrete, it is also resistant to moisture. It has been reported that even if the fabric sheet can be used up to 2 to 3 times in demonstration experiments, it is necessary to re-upholster the fabric sheet if it is used for more than 2 to 3 times.

Furthermore, when the face plate and the porous material are bonded using an adhesive, the adhesive sometimes loses its function in a short period of time due to moisture flowing out from the poured concrete.

(Means for solving the problem) That is, the feature of the present invention is that a reinforcing body is buried in one direction and a water permeable material is applied to one side of a face plate formed by interposing a plurality of through holes. The water-permeable material is locally fixed to the concrete formwork plate in a floating state, and since it is locally connected to the faceplate and physically fixed, Air bubbles and excess water flow freely even at the interface between the permeable material and the face plate, so they easily flow out through the numerous through holes in the face plate. Also, since the face plate has reinforcements embedded in it, it can easily flow out during concrete pouring. There is no distortion and the shape is stable.

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a weir plate of a formwork for concrete according to the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A-A in Fig. 1. The face plate 2 is made of a water-permeable material 3, and reinforcing bodies 4 such as piano wire, wire, etc., which serve as shape-retaining materials, are buried at a constant pitch in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of reinforcing bodies 4 are punched in positions where the reinforcing bodies 4 are not present. A through hole 5 is provided. Although the size of the through hole 5 is not particularly limited, it is approximately 2 to 10 mm in the present invention.

The weir plate 1 is then fixed flatly to a frame 7 made of metal, plastic, etc., using bolts 8, etc., and the formwork 9 obtained in this way is shown in FIG. In concrete pouring work, for example, a plurality of such structures are installed on a base 10 having a slope, and are fixed to each other by form supports (not shown). When the concrete 11 is placed between the base 10 and the formwork 9, the air in the concrete moves upward and flows into the permeable material 3 placed on the sloped surface.
The water passes through the interface between the face plate 2 and the water-permeable material 3 and the water-permeable material 3, and is emitted to the outside from the through-hole 5 of the face plate.

In addition, excess water in concrete can be removed using water-permeable materials 3.
It flows downward through the interface between the face plate 2 and the water-permeable material 3, and is discharged to the outside from the through hole 5 of the face plate 2. In particular, in the weir plate 1 of the present invention, the face plate 2
Since the interface between the water-permeable material 3 and the water-permeable material 3 is in a floating state, water that has passed through the water-permeable material 3 can freely flow between the interfaces and easily passes through the through-holes 5 of the face plate that are scattered.

(Effects) As described above, the weir plate for concrete formwork of the present invention makes it possible to discharge air and excess water in poured concrete to the outside, thereby preventing the formation of air bubbles and preventing water permeability. Because the water-permeable material is mechanically fixed to the face plate in a floating state, air bubbles and excess water in the poured concrete can flow freely without being blocked between the face plate and the water-permeable material, and are scattered. Air and excess water can be easily discharged to the outside through the through holes in the face plate, and since the face plate and the water-permeable material are mechanically joined using a sewing machine or other means, separation between the face plate and the water-permeable material may occur. This has the effect of increasing the number of times the weir board is used.
