<Prior Art> An example of a seal structure that prevents water such as rainwater from flowing into the gap between an iron lid and a receiving frame is described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-51246. In this seal structure, a protruding ring for attaching a seal is integrally formed on a ring-shaped base plate along the inner periphery of the peripheral wall where the receiving frame substantially contacts the outer periphery of the iron lid. A contact surface is provided on the lower surface of the iron lid slightly inward along the outer periphery of the iron lid so as to correspond to the upper surface of the protruding ring for attaching the gasket at a required interval. When an annular gasket is attached to the protruding ring for attaching the gasket and an iron lid is fitted into the receiving frame, the gasket is pressed against the contact surface of the iron lid due to the weight of the iron lid. This closes the gap between the iron lid and the receiving frame and prevents rainwater from entering. In addition, the outer periphery of the iron lid and the inner periphery of the receiving frame that contacts this outer periphery are tapered, and by aligning the iron lid and the receiving frame with a taper, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of gaps and prevent rainwater from flowing into underground facilities. There are things that prevent the influx of such things.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the seal structure described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-51246, the seal is sandwiched between the iron lid and the receiving frame to prevent rainwater from flowing in. The problem is that the cost increases due to an increase in the number of parts,
There is a problem in that if the packing falls off or is damaged from the receiving frame, rainwater may flow into underground structures.
In addition, in the case where the outer periphery of the iron lid and the inner periphery of the receiving frame are tapered to prevent the occurrence of a gap between the iron lid and the receiving frame, it takes time and effort to process the taper, and the cost increases due to the increased processing cost. There is a problem that.

Furthermore, the sealing structure described above is difficult to apply to the sealing structure between adjacent iron lids when one opening is closed with multiple iron lids, so it is difficult to apply the sealing structure between adjacent iron lids. If you try to close it with a built-in iron lid, there is a problem that the iron lid becomes long because it has to be formed into one piece.

<Function> Even if sand enters the gap between adjacent iron covers, the ridge and shelf catch the sand and prevent it from entering the underground facility.
If sand gets into the above gaps and fills them up,
This sand closes the gaps and prevents rainwater from flowing into the underground facility from between adjacent iron covers. When the gaps between adjacent iron lids are not yet filled with sand, etc., the rainwater flowing in flows into the groove of the shelf provided at the lower edge of the outer edge of the iron lid, and the iron lid of the receiving frame is supported from this groove. Since the water reaches the top of the projecting edge, it is sufficient to provide a groove on this projecting edge to drain the water out of the receiving frame. This allows water that has flowed into the space between the iron lid and the receiving frame to be drained away, and if sand or the like gets clogged in between, it will be sealed in the same way as described above. Additionally, when one of the adjacent iron lids that has a shelf is rotated to the side that lifts it up, the shelf engages with the notch provided in the other iron lid, preventing the iron lid from rotating. .

In this example, the iron lid 1 is rectangular as shown in plan view in FIG. 1, and resin mortar is pasted on the upper surface of the iron lid 1. The long sides of the iron lids 1 are adjacent to each other, and a pair of iron lids 1 close one opening formed by a receiving frame 2, which will be described later. An outer peripheral wall 3 is provided on the lower surface of the outer periphery of each iron lid 1a, 1b. Of the two adjacent outer peripheral walls 3 of the iron lids 1, the outer edge of the left iron lid 1a is provided with a notch 4 along its lower edge, as shown in FIG. 1
b protrudes into the notch 4 of the left iron lid 1a,
A shelf portion 6 having a groove 5 having a rectangular cross section with a length of 3 mm and a width of 8 mm on the upper surface is provided along the lower edge of the outer edge. The shelf portion 6 is bent toward the lower surface of the iron lid 1b near one short side 7b, and further extends along the long side 8b.
It ends with . The shelf part 6 is near the short side 7b and the iron lid 1
The iron lid 1a bent toward the bottom side of b is when the iron lid 1a on the left side shown in Fig. 1 is opened to the half-open position.
This is because the structure of the hinge 10 is such that the edge of the short side 7a, which is the center of rotation of the short side 7a, comes into contact with the upper surface of a ridge 9 provided inside the receiving frame 2, which will be described later. This is to prevent the portion from overlapping the shelf portion 6 of the iron lid 1b on the right side. In addition, since the shelf 6 provided on the left edge of the right iron lid 1b protrudes into the notch 4 provided at the lower end of the right edge of the left iron lid 1a, it is possible to keep the left iron lid 1a closed while the right side iron lid 1a is closed. Iron lid 1
I can't open b. Therefore, the iron lid locking device 11 is provided only on the left iron lid 1a.
Reference numeral 12 denotes an engaging portion with which the upper part of a hinge metal fitting 13 that communicates the iron lid 1 and the receiving frame 2 is engaged.

The receiving frame 2 is provided so as to form an opening of an underground facility that is closed with an iron lid 1. Receiving frame 2
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the opening is made up of a surrounding wall 14 forming the inner circumferential surface of the opening, and a protruding edge 9 formed around the entire lower inner circumference of the surrounding wall 14. A groove 15 having a rectangular cross section and measuring 5 mm in length and 8 mm in width is formed along the peripheral wall 14 on the upper surface of this projecting edge 9, and the lower surface of the outer peripheral wall 3 is located inside this groove 15 when the iron lid 1 is in the closed state. It is supported by contacting the upper surface of the protruding edge 9 along the circumference. What is provided on the inside of one long side 16 of the receiving frame 2 is a 4 for connecting the iron lid 1 and the receiving frame 2.
This is a restraining part 17 that restrains the lower part of each of the hinge hardware 13. Water reservoirs 18, 18 are provided inside the corners of both ends of the long side 16 where the restraining portion 17 is provided,
The water reservoirs 18, 18 are formed in a concave shape so that rainwater passes through the groove 5 of the iron lid 1b and the groove 15 of the receiving frame 2 and is temporarily collected there. Reference numerals 19 and 19 denote drain pipes, and an end 21 of the drain pipe 19 is inserted from the outside of the receiving frame 2 into a through hole 20 provided so as to pass through the water reservoir 18 and the outside of the receiving frame 2.

The iron lid 1 and receiving frame 2 configured as described above are installed with a slope of 1 to 2% to match the slope of the road, and the drainage pipe 19 on the drainage side is placed on the lower side, so that the iron lid 1 Rainwater, etc. that has flowed into the gap between the outer periphery and the receiving frame 2 flows into the groove 15 provided on the flange 9 of the receiving frame 2, and flows out from this groove 15 to the outside of the receiving frame 2 through the through hole 20 provided in the surrounding wall 14. do. Also, 2
Rainwater, etc. that has flowed into the gap between the two iron lids 1a and 1b adjacent to each other flows into the groove 5 of the shelf 6 provided at the lower end of the outer edge of the iron lid 1b on the right side, and from this groove 5 passes through the groove 15 of the receiving frame 2. , flows into the through hole 20 and flows out to the outside of the receiving frame 2. Furthermore, even if sand enters the gap between the receiving frame 2 and the iron lid 1 or the adjacent gap between the two iron lids 1a and 1b, the ridge 9 and the shelf 6 catch the sand and it enters the underground facility. If sand enters the gap and fills the gap, the sand closes the gap and prevents rainwater etc. from flowing into the underground facility.

<Effects of the invention> According to this invention, the configuration prevents rainwater and sand from entering between the adjacent edges of multiple iron covers, so it is possible to open elongated openings in underground facilities where sand and rainwater should not enter. It can be closed using multiple adjacent iron lids. In addition, since the structure is such that one of the adjacent iron lids cannot be opened unless the other is opened, locking is required to prevent opening of two or more iron lids that close the opening. The device has the advantage that it only needs to be installed on one iron lid that is not provided with a shelf located at a predetermined end side. For example, among six iron lids that close an opening, opening of the six iron lids can be prevented by simply providing a locking device on one iron lid on a predetermined end side.
