られているが、これは円盤床上の麹が側壁4をこ
えて昇降装置5内に飛散するのを防ぐだけで完全
密閉の必要がないものである。製麹室1を外気に
対して、完全密封構造とするために本考案では、
昇降装置5の密閉設置部7が製麹室1の外壁6と
