For example, if you want to easily make a cake at home, mix cake mix with water and put it in a container.
There is a way to cook it in a microwave. The container used for this purpose is made of a material with a heat-resistant resin layer on the surface of paper, a heat-generating sheet made by laminating a layer of an object that generates heat by microwaves on a base film, and paper in this order, using an adhesive. They are manufactured by pasting them together, blanking them out, drawing them into paper plates, or assembling them and pasting the four corners with adhesive to make folded boxes. Although the heat generating sheet does not need to be present over the entire surface of the container, the above structure is adopted due to manufacturing technology reasons, and this is disadvantageous from a cost standpoint. There is also the problem that the flange of the container burns during cooking, making the container more likely to break. Adhesive too
If a solvent-based product is used, the residual solvent is undesirable for food products, and if TPX (a polymer of 4-methylpentene-1) is used as a heat-resistant resin, lamination is difficult because there is no suitable adhesive. .

考案の構成
In view of the current state of the technology described above, the purpose of the present invention is to construct a container by attaching a heat-generating sheet to only the necessary part of the container, that is, the bottom surface, and to use a common water-based adhesive as the adhesive. To provide a heat-resistant container for cooking in a microwave oven, which can be used for cooking in a microwave oven, is inexpensive, and does not require selection of the type of heat-resistant resin. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the heat-resistant container for microwave cooking of the present invention has a container 1 made of a material having a heat-resistant resin layer 12 on the surface of a paper 11, and only the bottom surface of the container 1 has a base material. A heat generating sheet 2, which is made by laminating a layer 22 of an object that generates heat by microwaves and a paper 23 in this order on a film 21, is pasted together with the paper 23 facing downward.
The surface of the paper 11 partially exposed by the cut into the heat-resistant resin layer 12 of the container 1 and the paper 2 of the heat-generating sheet 2
This is a heat-resistant container for microwave cooking, which is made by partially adhering the sides of 3 with an aqueous emulsion adhesive 3. As for the paper used to make the container, you can use regular white coated paper. As the heat-resistant resin, those selected from polyester, polymethylpentene-1, and polypropylene are most suitable. The layer of these resins may be formed by extrusion coating or dry lamination of a film. A heat-generating sheet is formed by forming a layer of an object that generates heat using microwaves on a base film, and pasting a pure white roll, high-quality paper, etc. on top of the layer using an adhesive. As the base film, a film of plastic such as polyester, polycarbonate, polysulfone, polymethylpentene-1, polyimide, etc. is used. Objects that generate heat by microwaves include indium tin oxide, tin oxide, silver, copper,
Metals such as iron, zinc, chromium and aluminum are used to form thin films. The thin film is formed by vacuum deposition, sputtering, ion plating, or the like. Alternatively, it may be formed by means such as printing or coating using an ink obtained by kneading the above-mentioned metal powder, fiber, carbon, reducible potassium titanate whisker, or the like powder with a binder. In order for this thin film to efficiently generate heat using microwaves, the surface resistance must be 10 1 ~
It is preferably in the range of 10 4 Ω/cm 2 . The cuts in the heat-resistant resin layer on the bottom of the container that are provided for bonding with adhesive may be arbitrary, such as perforations, spots, or slits.
It is preferable to partially remove the heat-resistant resin by so-called "half-blanking," but it is also possible to simply make a cut. As the adhesive, commonly used water-based adhesives such as starch paste, vinyl acetate type or acrylic type emulsion may be used.

A blank for a folding box was formed by extrusion coating polymethylpentene-1 to a thickness of 30 μm on the surface of a white-backed coated ball having a basis weight of 320 g/m 2 . Perforations 3 mm in length were provided in the layer of polymethylpentene-1 on the bottom of this blank at 1 mm intervals in the lateral direction and 5 mm in the longitudinal direction. A thin film of indium tin oxide with a thickness of 20A was provided on a polyester film with a thickness of 12μ by a sputtering method, and a pure white roll with a basis weight of 30g/m 2 was laminated with adhesive on top of it to form a heat generating sheet. . With the blank layer of polymethylpentene-1 sandwiched in between, the surface of the partially exposed white coated ball and the surface of the pure white roll of the heat generating sheet were bonded together using a vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive. I assembled the pasted pieces and glued the four corners with the same emulsion adhesive to make a folded box. When the cake mixture was kneaded with water and poured into the folded box-shaped heat-resistant container for microwave cooking, and the mixture was placed in a 500W microwave oven and cooked for 15 minutes, a delicious cake with a uniform degree of baking was obtained from the bottom to the bottom. did it. Effects of the invention The heat-resistant container for microwave cooking of this invention has a heat-generating sheet attached only to the bottom of the container with sufficient strength, so there is no need to worry about the temperature rising due to heat generation in areas that do not need to generate heat. do not have. Regardless of the type of heat-resistant resin, commonly used adhesives can be used, and there is no problem with residual solvents, so it can be safely used on food products. The cost is low because only a small amount of heat generating sheet is used and common adhesives are sufficient. Therefore, this heat-resistant container is ideal for cooking cakes in a microwave oven.
