できる。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a food container for microwave cooking, and more particularly to heating food and making the outer surface of the food brown.
Further, the present invention relates to a microwave cooking food container for controlling heating. [Related Art] Generally, a microwave oven heats and cooks food using a high frequency of about 2450 MHZ, and has an advantage that cooking can be performed quickly and sanitarily, and is widely used. When cooking using microwaves in such a microwave oven, the cooked food cannot be burnt. Therefore, when browning is required, for example, in foods such as gratin, pizza pie, and gyoza, the cooking method using a microwave in a normal container is not suitable. Therefore, a microwave absorber coating such as a magnetic powder is applied to the wall surface of a cooking utensil for a microwave oven or a container such as paper or aluminum foil in which a metal film is applied to a container wall made of a heat-resistant derivative such as heat-resistant glass. A microwave oven cooker has been proposed. Further, a layer of a conductive element metal is provided on the bottom surface of the container, and the metal layer is heated when exposed to microwave radiation so that food in the container is partially colored brown, and the metal It has also been proposed to form a layer into a thin film by vacuum evaporation to eliminate the reflection of microwaves on the metal layer surface (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-15548). [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the heating method utilizing the heat generation effect (heat generation due to resistance loss) of the first resistor is extremely high, the case where the container is made of heat-resistant glass or the like is used. Other than the above, for example, it cannot be applied to a paper container. Next, the second heating method using magnetic loss cannot obtain a sufficient temperature rise. Further, in the case where the third conductive element metal layer is formed into a thin film, the container wall is concealed by the metal layer because the metal layer is not transparent. Therefore, the metal layer cannot be provided on the wall surface of the container provided with a description or a design such as a cooking method. Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to have a transparent material layer that converts microwaves into heat when exposed to microwave radiation in a partial area of the container wall, and to reduce microwave radiation. The temperature of the container when heated is paper, or paper and aluminum,
An object of the present invention is to provide a microwave cooking container in which a composite material with a plastic film or the like can be applied. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present inventor has conducted research to solve the above problems,
By depositing indium tin oxide on a plastic surface, it has been found that a layer having good transparency and good conversion of microwaves into heat can be formed, and the present invention has been completed based on this finding. That is, the present invention provides "a food container used for microwave cooking of food, in which an indium tin oxide (hereinafter referred to as ITO) layer is provided in a partial region of a container wall surface of a container body or a partial region of a lid. A microwave cooking container further comprising a transparent protective layer provided by covering the indium tin oxide layer. ]. Thus, in the present invention, as the container body or the lid, paper or a composite material of paper and aluminum, a plastic film, or a relatively heat-stable plastic such as polyester, nylon, cellophane, polysulfone, and polycarbonate. Film can be applied. Next, the ITO layer can be formed on the transparent protective layer as a base material by a thin film forming technique such as a vacuum evaporation method, sputtering, or ion plating. As the transparent protective layer, a relatively heat-stable plastic film such as polyester, polyethylene, nylon, cellophane, polysulfone, and polycarbonate can be used. The surface resistance of the ITO layer is desirably in the range of 10 -1 to 10 3 Ω / cm 2 . If it is less than 10 -1 Ω / cm 2 , ignition may occur. On the other hand, if it is more than 10 3 Ω / cm 2 , the required temperature cannot be obtained, and it cannot be put to practical use. Further, in the present invention, as an adhesive for bonding and fixing the film provided with the ITO layer to the container wall surface or the lid, not only thermosetting adhesives such as polyisocyanate, epoxy resin, phenol resin and urea resin, but also polyvinyl acetate ,
Thermoplastic adhesives such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyamide, acrylic and methacrylic esters may be applied.
Note that the adhesive fixation is performed by a method of bonding a part of the ITO layer to the container wall surface or the lid surface, or a method of bonding the entire ITO layer to the container wall surface or the lid surface by a method such as dry lamination. good. [Operation] When the ITO layer is irradiated with microwaves, an eddy current due to microwave absorption produces a heat-generating effect of resistance loss, thereby making it possible to moderately burn. EXAMPLES Example 1 ITO was deposited on a 25 μm thick polyester film to form an ITO layer having a surface resistance of 10 2 Ω / cm 2 . Example 2 ITO was deposited on a polyester film having a thickness of 25 μm to form an ITO layer having a surface resistance of 10 3 Ω / cm 2 . Example 3 ITO was deposited on a 25 μm thick polyester film to form an ITO layer having a surface resistance of 10 4 Ω / cm 2 . Example 4 ITO was deposited on a 25 μm thick polyester film to form an ITO layer having a surface resistance of 10 3 Ω / cm 2 . Example 5 ITO was deposited on a 25 μm thick polyester film to form an ITO layer having a surface resistance of 10 −1 Ω / cm 2 . Comparative Example As a comparative sample, a single polyester film having a thickness of 25 μm was prepared. The surface resistance of this film was 10 16 Ω / cm 2 . 30 cm of salad oil at a temperature of 23 ° C. was cut out from each of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example into a 10 cm square, placed in a household microwave oven 500 W, and placed on a polyester film of each sample.
Was placed, and the temperature rise of the salad oil upon receiving microwave radiation was measured over time with a fluorescent fiber thermometer manufactured by ASEA (Sweden). From the above results, the surface resistance of the ITO layer is 10 3 Ω / cm 2 or less,
It was found that 10 -1 Ω / cm 2 or more was desirable. Example 6 An ITO layer having a surface resistance of 10 2 Ω / cm 2 was formed on a 25 µm polyester film by a vacuum evaporation method. Next, the polyester film was bonded to a carton having a basis weight of 300 g / m 2 , which was coated on one side with low-density polyethylene. FIG. 1 shows a main part of the microwave cooking container formed as described above. A transparent protective layer (polyester film) (5) is coated on one side of a carton (1) with polyethylene (2) on one side of a transparent protective layer (polyester film) (5) via an adhesive layer (polyisocyanate) (3). What provided (4) is I
It is stuck with the TO layer (4) facing the carton (1). The pizza material was placed on the polyester film of the container prepared as described above, and heated for 1 minute in a household microwave oven at 500 W. Example 7 An ITO layer having a surface resistance of 10 2 Ω / cm 2 was formed on a 25 µm polyester film by a vacuum evaporation method. Next, the polyester film was dry-laminated on a 40 μm thick nylon with the ITO layer facing the nylon. The sausage was wrapped with the composite film formed as described above so that the polyester surface was on the inside, and heated in a household microwave oven at 500 W for 30 seconds. [Effects of the Invention] As described above in detail, the microwave cooking container according to the present invention is such that the material layer that generates heat when exposed to microwave radiation is transparent. Printing can be performed on the wall. Further, an ITO layer may be provided on the surface of a transparent packaging material such as nylon to form a container from which the degree of burn can be observed from the outside.
