〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は、ガス洩れの検出を容易にしたピス

従来例えば特公昭54−33366号公報に示されて
いるように、シリンダ内室がその中を自由に移動
する浮遊ピストンにより油室とガス室とに区分さ
れ、このガス室に例えば窒素ガスが封入されると
ともに、油室に油圧回路からの圧油が導入される
ものは、いわゆるピストン型アキユムレータとし
て公知である。

このガス洩れを検出する基本的な方法は、アキ
ユムレータから油圧を抜き去つてガスをシリンダ
容積一杯まで膨張させ、この状態での圧力を当初
のガス封入時の圧力と比較することであるが、そ
のためには油圧回路を休止させねばならない。ま
たガスが洩れてアキユムレータ内のガス量が減少
すると、同一油圧(これはガス圧と等しい)下で
のピストン位置が、ガス側に変位することからピ
ストン位置の変動によりガス洩れを検出する方法
があるが、ピストン位置を示す指針をシリンダ外
側に引出す際に却つてガス洩れの機会が増し、構
造上好ましくない。さらにまた、アキユムレータ
内のガス量が減少すると、隣接する油室内の容積
が増し、ポンプで送り込む油量も増すことから一
定圧になるまでのポンプの運転時間あるいは貯油
タンクのレベル低下の度合等を捉えてガス洩れを
検出する方法も採用されているが検出精度がよく

ピストンリングが装着されており、両室4,5間
のシールがなされている。
