(Prior art and its problems) Conventional tile panels include, for example,
There is a tile panel described in Publication No. 175828, and this tile panel is made by protruding a plurality of parallel protrusions of a predetermined width at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction on one side of an extrusion-molded board made of asbestos cement material, etc. and a tile adhesion part of a predetermined shape is provided between the convex parts, and the top surface of the tile that is fitted and adhered to the tile fitting part is configured to have a more uniform surface height than the upper surface of the above-mentioned convex part. It was something that was given to me.

However, extrusion-molded plates are several tens of times larger than the individual tiles that are generally fitted and bonded, are extremely thick, and are heavy, making them difficult to transport and handle. Furthermore, since the convex portions protruding from the surface of the extruded plate are formed in the form of small pieces corresponding to the joint width, other objects may be easily removed during transportation or other handling at manufacturing plants or construction sites. There was a risk that contact with the tile could cause undesirable damage to the fit of the tile. Furthermore, when fitting and gluing tiles onto an extrusion molded board, it is extremely difficult to apply adhesive with a uniform thickness between all convex parts, and it is extremely difficult to apply the adhesive to a uniform thickness between all the convex parts. It was extremely difficult to align the heights.

By the way, the tiles that are the target of adhesive bonding have a large shrinkage rate during firing, and each one is different, so there is a large variation in the outer diameter dimension, and many tiles with such variation in outer diameter dimension. It is difficult to fit and adhere to the fitting portion of the extrusion molded plate, and the joint lines are also likely to be distorted. However, once the tiles are fitted and glued, even if it is later noticed that the joint lines are out of order, it is almost impossible to correct this, and it is said that it is not easy to obtain a tile wall surface with well-ordered joint lines. There was a problem.

(Function) When arranging a large number of tiles in a row on a base, adhesive is filled into the recesses formed on the opposing surfaces of the base and the tiles, and a connecting member is interposed in each recess. implanted in the recess,
A large number of tiles can be lined up one after another on the base using the connecting member, and since there are no protruding parts on the base or tiles, there will be no damage during transportation, making transportation easier and easier. It can be done well. Further, the position can be adjusted well by sliding the base and the tile via the connecting member, and joint lines can be formed well.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the constituent members of the tile panel of this example.
The base 1 is formed into a flat plate by extruding cement, resin, ceramic material, etc., and one side thereof has an adhesive surface 1a. The adhesive surface 1a has concave portions 2, 2 which are continuous from one side edge to the opposite side edge and are horizontally arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals.

Further, the connecting member 4 is formed in a flat plate shape from metal, resin, etc., and is connected to the recesses 2 and 3.
It is formed to a thickness that allows it to be loosely inserted into the inside of a. As shown in FIG. 2, the width of the connecting member 4 is such that when the back side of the tile 3 is brought into contact with the adhesive surface 1a of the base 1, it is firmly implanted into the recesses 2 and 3a. It is formed to a width of approximately

Using such structural members, first, the recess 2 of the base 1 is filled with the adhesive 5, and the recess 3a of the tile 3 is also filled with the adhesive 5,
In this state, the recesses 2 and 3a are aligned, the respective tip edges of the connecting members 4 are implanted into the recesses 2 and 3a, and the adhesive 5 is cured by evaporative evaporation. Tiles 3 are firmly adhered and arranged on the adhering surface 1a of the base 1 via the connecting member 4.
Incidentally, while the adhesive 5 is soft, the tile 3 can be easily slid laterally to adjust the joint lines etc. as appropriate, and the adjustment is extremely easy.

That is, in this example, the recesses 2 and 3a are formed to face each other in an inclined manner, and correspondingly, the widthwise end edge of the connecting member 4 is also formed into an inclined surface. In this way, the recesses 2 and 3a
By forming the recesses 2 and 3 in an inclined shape, each recess 2 and 3
It becomes easier to insert the connecting member 4 into the inside of a, and the slide adjustment in the lateral direction becomes even easier.

Next, FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment, in which the recesses 2 and 3a are formed into opposing dovetail grooves, and the connecting member 4 implanted inside is also made to correspond to this. Both edges are dovetail-shaped. By forming in this way,
The connected state becomes stronger, and falling of the tiles 3 from the base 1 can be strongly prevented.
