Those covered with knitted fabric were used. However, these paddings have poor breathability, and when sleeping or sitting on these rugs, they come into close contact with the body, causing discomfort during high temperatures and high humidity such as in summer, and can cause discomfort for bedridden elderly people. Because people lie down 24/7 regardless of the season, it is extremely slow for sweat and other water vapor from the body to evaporate to the outside, resulting in a large amount of moisture remaining inside the bedding, which can lead to bedsores and other problems. It was the cause of the trigger. In order to improve this,
A pad as described in Japanese Patent No. 145271, that is, a pad in which the upper and lower sides of the batting are covered with cloth, has been proposed in which at least one of the pads is covered with a three-dimensional structural material having mesh on the front and back to improve breathability. .

The aim is to provide a rug with performance such as sexiness.

We have found that by using a three-dimensional fabric with a flat backing structure that can ensure the following, it is possible to improve the environment between the human body and the rug, as well as within the rug.

It is knitted and woven using a warp knitting machine or a moquette loom that has two rows of needle beds. The back side fabric has a flat structure similar to a normal knitted fabric, and the front side fabric has a mesh-like or flat structure. You may choose to knit or weave. The texture on the front and back sides is nylon 6 with a diameter of 0.07 to 0.4 mm.
They are connected by connecting threads made of synthetic fibers such as nylon 66 and polyester, creating a three-dimensional front fabric on top of the back fabric. This increases the amount of voids, provides cushioning properties and breathability, supports the body pressure when a person lies down or sits down, and also has a moisture evaporation effect, improving the environment inside the rug. である。 In addition, the three-dimensional structured knitted fabric used in the stuffed rug of the present invention has a void index K of 0.4 as shown by the above formula.
~0.95 mm and a thickness of 1.5 to 12 mm. The void index K indicates how much void there is in the actual fabric by subtracting the volume of the threads constituting the fabric from the apparent volume per unit area. Note that the average density of the fiber materials is determined by weighted average of the densities of each fiber material. If the void index K is less than 0.4, the thread density will be high, the cushioning properties will be impaired, the covering operation will be difficult, and the weaving properties will be poor. On the other hand, if the porosity index K exceeds 0.95, the thread density is too low, the cushioning properties are poor, and the performance as a covering material for a stuffed rug cannot be maintained, causing problems in terms of quality. From a practical standpoint, the functional void index K is
It is preferably 0.45 to 0.90. If the thickness is less than 1.5 mm, the cushioning properties will be poor, the three-dimensional shape will be ambiguous, and the effect of improving the environment inside the rug will be reduced. If the thickness exceeds 12 mm, it will be difficult to support the pressure of the human body when a person is sitting on it. Become. Functionally 2mm~7
mm is the preferred thickness necessary to improve the environment inside the rug.

The fabric 1 is covered with the other covering material, a normal flat fabric 5, with the stuffing 6 contained therein, and the four sides are sewn together with the hem fabric 7 to form an integrated rug. The three-dimensionally structured knitted fabric 1 used as the covering material of the present invention has a flat texture on the back side, so that the cotton-like stuffing or urethane foam comes out to the surface, and the stuffing is visible directly below. Of course, there is no need for a backing material.

This means that when a person lies or sits on the rug, the moderate rigidity of the vertically located connecting threads that form the three-dimensional shape absorbs the pressure of the human body while maintaining voids within the fabric. It also provides excellent cushioning properties. Furthermore, the voids secured within the fabric promote breathability and contribute to the release and evaporation of moisture within the rug or between the rug and the human body. Furthermore, the three-dimensionally structured knitted fabric used for the covering material has a flat backing structure, so the filling does not come out to the surface or is visible, and it is processed so that there is no need to use a backing material. The rug has streamlined man-hours, has excellent cushioning properties, and also has the effect of improving the environment inside the rug.

内環境を得ることのできる優れた敷物であつた。 Polyester multifilament on the outer fabric
Using 250d/48f, polyester multifilament 500d/96f for the back weave, and nylon monofilament thread diameter 0.165mm for the connecting thread, 14G double lattice machine (manufactured by Karl Mayer).
A three-dimensional structured knitted fabric was knitted using the structure shown in FIG. Considering the dimensional stability of the fabric and keeping it in a flat state, the back fabric structure was composed of an inlay structure using reed L 6 and a chain structure using reed L 5 . The connecting threads were connected perpendicularly to the ground texture on the front and back sides using reeds L 3 and L 4 to construct a three-dimensional shape. In addition, the surface texture of the reeds L 1 and L 2 was a four-sided mesh structure in consideration of ventilation performance and void volume. The knitted three-dimensional structured knitted fabric is rolled up into an expanded shape using a dyeing machine equipped with a split drum-shaped reel with a diameter of 80 cm that can absorb fabric shrinkage due to heat, and refined and dyed in order to stabilize the physical properties of the fabric and improve its product value. At the same time, treatment was carried out at 98°C for 30 minutes, and after drying, 2% overfeed was applied using a pin tenter (manufactured by Ichikin Kogyo Co., Ltd.) at 170°C.
A one-minute finishing set was performed. The obtained three-dimensional structured knitted fabric has a thickness of 6 mm and a void index K of 0.85.
It was hot. A bed pad was prepared by using this three-dimensional structured knitted fabric on one side, a normal woven fabric on the other side, and using polyester cotton as the filling, and integrating the three by quilting. When this pad is laid on the three-dimensional structure knitted fabric side, it has moderate cushioning properties and excellent ventilation performance due to the voids.
In the summer, there is no sticky feeling, and a cool and extremely comfortable sleeping condition can be obtained. Furthermore, by laying down a material such as a blanket that retains heat, the voids in the three-dimensional knitted fabric create an insulating air layer, providing a heat retaining effect during the winter. Of course, there is no problem in using the other side covered with the regular woven fabric in the winter; in this case, the lower three-dimensional structure knitted fabric will ensure the air gap, allowing heat to flow through conduction. Less loss. As mentioned above, the bed pad according to the embodiment of the present invention was an excellent rug that could provide a comfortable sleeping environment in both summer and winter seasons.

Therefore, it has sufficient commercial value even without the use of a backing material, and this is extremely suitable for rationalizing the number of processing steps. In addition, the three-dimensional structured knitted fabric used in the rug of the present invention has a connecting thread that connects the front and lining fabrics with a diameter of 0.07~
It has a moderate rigidity of 0.4 mm, a void index K of 0.4 to 0.95, and a thickness of 1.5 to 12 mm.
When you sleep or sit on the rug, it provides excellent cushioning properties, and at the same time has excellent compression resistance. As a result of securing a considerable amount of air space between the front and lining structures, moisture drainage is prevented due to breathability. It is easy to use, does not have a sticky feel, improves the environment inside the rug, provides a comfortable sleeping experience when used as bedding, and can also be expected to have medical effects such as preventing bedsores for bedridden patients.
