シム3と切欠きシム4とで構成する。また、非切欠きシ
ム3は制動時の接線力に耐える厚みにしてこれに切欠き
シム4をカシメるなどして固定し、非切欠きシム3で切
欠きシム4を補強する。このため、切欠きシム4を可及
的に薄くして低周波から高周波までの鳴きをキャリパ性
能の低下(ブレーキ液量の増加等)を招かずに防止する
ことができる。
