In addition, since the peripheral parts are overlapped, a difference in plate thickness occurs at the connecting part, which makes the appearance undesirable. On the other hand, in order to solve this problem, forming a thin stepped part on both members that sit on each other takes into consideration the strength of the connecting part. There are disadvantages such as the need to design the whole thing thickly.

However, in the conventional end face butt connection structure,
In general, since the peripheral edge portions are groove-fitted, in the case of parts such as plastic covers where some degree of molding distortion is unavoidable, considerable effort is required to assemble the parts, which is also inconvenient in terms of workability.

The equipment connection structure of the present invention integrates a bifurcated fitting part that forms an insertion space with an interval corresponding to the thickness of the peripheral plate-shaped parts of two plastic molded products and the base end of each fitting part. A notch of a predetermined width is formed on the joint end surface of each plate-shaped part of the plastic molded parts to be connected, and each of the joining members By pushing the edge of the notch of each plate-shaped part into the fitting part and tightly fitting it, and by positioning the intermediate part in the notch, each plate-shaped part can be attached to both sides at the fitting part. The above object is achieved by holding the plate-like parts under pressure and connecting them in an abutting state with the end surfaces of each plate-like part in contact with each other.

As explained in the above embodiment, since the plate-shaped parts 1 and 4 are pushed into the fitting parts 11 and 12 and connected in a compressed state, the present invention is advantageous in that the plate-shaped parts 1 and 4 are made of plastic. It is a molded product, and the fitting part 1
This can be suitably implemented when 1 and 12 (coupling member 10) are made of metal. Further, it can be implemented in a wide range of fields regardless of whether the plate-shaped portion covers the entire part or is localized.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the equipment connection structure of the present invention, a bifurcated fitting portion is formed in an insertion space with an interval corresponding to the thickness of the peripheral plate-like portion of two plastic molded products, and each It is equipped with a metal joining member of an integral structure consisting of an intermediate part for integrating the proximal end of the fitting part, and a notch of a predetermined width is provided on the joining end surface of each plate-shaped part of the plastic molded products to be connected. By pressing the edge of the cutout of each plate-shaped portion into each fitting portion of the coupling member to tightly fit each other, and positioning the intermediate portion within the notch, each of the above-mentioned Each plate-shaped part is held under pressure from both sides at the fitting part, and the end faces of each plate-shaped part are connected in abutted state, so the peripheral plate-shaped parts of the two plastic molded products are butted together. With a simple structure, both parts can be easily attached and detached by working from one side only, and there is no gap between the end faces of both parts, ensuring a reliable and good appearance. An equipment connection structure that can be assembled is provided.

Peripheral plate-like parts 1 of two plastic molded products,
An integrated structure consisting of bifurcated fitting parts 11, 12 forming an insertion space with an interval corresponding to the thickness of the plate 4, and an intermediate part 13 for integrating the proximal ends of each fitting part 11, 12. A metal connecting member 10 is provided, and cutouts 7 and 8 of a predetermined width are formed in the joint end surfaces of the plate-shaped parts 1 and 4 of the plastic molded products to be connected.
The edge portions of the notches 7 and 8 of each of the plate-shaped portions 1 and 4 are pushed into the respective fitting portions 11 and 12 of the coupling member 10 for a tight fit, and the intermediate portion 13 is inserted into the notches 7 and 8 of the coupling member 10. By positioning the plate-like parts 1, 4 inside, the fitting parts 11, 12 hold the plate-like parts 1, 4 under pressure from both sides, and connect the plate-like parts 1, 4 in abutting state with the end surfaces of the plate-like parts 1, 4 in contact with each other. An equipment connection structure characterized by:
