Sheeting work is being carried out on the slope. This seat upholsterer is responsible for the seat upholstery, as shown in Figure 4.
(vinyl sheet, etc.) 1 is tied to a plurality of bamboo frames 2, the sheet 1 is rolled up into a gridiron using the sandbag 3 for weight at the bottom end as a core, and a retaining stake 6 is driven above the top end 5 of the embankment 4. A plurality of strings 7 attached to the bamboo frame 2 are tied to this retaining stake 6, and while loosening the rope 8, the sheet 1 is lowered onto the slope 9 of the embankment 4 using the weight of the sandbag 3 as shown in FIG. It is a method of construction. (As a prior art, there is Utility Model Publication No. 53-44270.) (Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, the sheet 1 used in the above-mentioned sheet upholstery has a large number of weight sandbags 3 attached to it. Since it is inconvenient to store the sandbag in a slatted shape except when necessary for flood protection work, the sandbag 3 is removed and the sheet 1 is folded.
Therefore, during flood prevention work, 3 sandbags are placed on 1 sheet.
After installing and wrapping it with slats, the top of the embankment
Since it was lowered using a rope 8, it was time-consuming in case of an emergency, and the workability was poor.

When not in use, the metal mesh sheets can be stacked one on top of the other and folded, making it convenient for storage. In addition, in the event of an emergency during flood protection work, a folded sheet for preventing leakage and scouring can be placed on top of the top of the bank, and a hanging rope is attached to a stopper stake driven above the top. By using the weight of the utility material and dropping it from the top of the embankment, the sheet for preventing embankment water leakage and scouring is deployed on the slope, so it can be hung quickly and easily from the top to the slope. It can be done easily and has good workability.

are successively connected in a hinge-like manner by the joint ring 11 and the joint pipe 12, so when not in use, the expanded metal 10 can be folded in a zigzag pattern as shown in Figure 2, making storage convenient. be. In addition, when preventing the slope of an embankment from being eroded and collapsed due to floods caused by typhoons, etc., the folded embankment leakage and scouring prevention sheet of the embodiment can be used as a third layer.
As shown in Figure a, it is erected on the top 5 of the embankment 4, the hanging rope 16 is attached to the retaining stake 6 driven into the top 5, each expanded metal 10 is kicked off, and the weight and strength material for the weight are lifted. Using the weight of the large-diameter pipe 13, it is dropped from the top 5 of the embankment 4 with force. Thus, each expanded metal 10
As shown in Fig. 3b, the large-diameter pipe 13 rolling on the slope 9 leads to the pipe unfolding and falling down, and finally, as shown in Fig. 3c, it falls down on the embankment 4. Each expanded metal 10 is laid down on the slope 9, and the entire sheet for preventing levee water leakage and scouring is expanded to protect areas at risk of collapse due to erosion and water permeation.

It can be folded for convenient storage. In addition, in the event of an emergency during flood prevention work, a folded levee leakage and scouring prevention sheet can be erected on the top of the levee, and a hanging rope can be attached to a stopper stake driven into the top of the levee. Since the sheet is spread out on the slope by kicking it off the top of the embankment, it can be quickly and easily hung from the spread edge onto the slope, providing excellent workability. Furthermore, in order to remove the levee leakage and scouring prevention sheets extended from the slope, each metal mesh sheet is pulled up one by one by pulling the hanging rope and lifting the weighting member at the lower end. Eventually, it will be folded up so that it stands on the top of the embankment, so all that is left to do is remove the hanging rope from the retaining stake and it can be immediately removed. Further, when the metal mesh sheet is made of expanded metal, it is rigid and does not bend, so it can be unfolded when in use and folded when not in use smoothly and easily. Furthermore, the embankment leakage and scouring prevention sheet of the present invention has a simple structure, in which existing metal mesh sheets are connected with a joint ring and a joint member.
It is easy to manufacture because it can be assembled by simply attaching a weighting member to the lower end and fixing the end of the suspension rope to the weighting member via a joint member.
