For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-109584, an electrical component box containing an internal light, a temperature sensor, etc. is installed inside the refrigerator, and an electronic control board consisting of a printed circuit board on which electrical components are installed is operated. The refrigerator is housed in a box, and the operation box is fixed outside the refrigerator so that the electrical components can be operated from the front of the refrigerator.

Conventional refrigerators are configured as described above, and the electronic control board is located outside the refrigerator, so an operation box is required to house the board, and an internal light and a temperature sensor to detect the internal temperature are required. etc. are stored in an electrical parts storage box and installed inside the refrigerator, and an operation box and the above-mentioned storage boxes are provided inside and outside the refrigerator, respectively. For this reason, it is desirable to install an electronic control board inside the refrigerator, but if the board is stored inside the refrigerator, this board will cool down, and when hot food is stored in the refrigerator, moisture will enter the board. Since there is a risk of condensation on contact, the printed circuit board must be molded with urethane resin or the like to prevent condensation from condensing on the conductive parts of the electrical components attached to the electronic control board. This idea was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and by placing the electronic control board inside the refrigerator, the control box that was installed outside the refrigerator was abolished, and the electronic control board was installed inside the refrigerator. The aim is to provide an inexpensive refrigerator that eliminates the need for moisture-resistant treatment using a resin mold.

The electronically controlled refrigerator of this invention has an electronic control board stored in the electrical parts storage box along with electrical parts such as an internal light and a temperature sensor, so it can be used in a control box that is installed outside the refrigerator. In addition, since the board is surrounded by a wall provided in the storage box to separate it from the electrical components, and the opening of the wall surrounding the board is closed with a sealant, the board can be made of resin. Even without molding, moisture inside the refrigerator does not enter the board storage section, and therefore, it is possible to prevent dew condensation from forming on the board and the conductive parts of the electrical components provided on the board.

An example of this invention is shown below in Figures 1 to 3.
The diagram will be explained. In FIG. 1, 1 is a refrigerator main body, 2 is a freezer compartment formed in the upper part of the main body 1, and 3 is a refrigerator compartment formed below the freezer compartment 2 in the main body 1, which is partitioned from this by a partition wall 1a. It is. Reference numerals 4 and 5 designate door bodies that open and close the front openings of the freezer compartment 2 and the refrigerator compartment 3, and 6 designates an electrical component storage box disposed on one side of the upper part of the refrigerator compartment 3. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the electrical parts storage box 6 contains electrical parts such as an interior light 7, an interior light switch 8, and a temperature sensor 15, as well as electronic components having timer functions, temperature control functions, etc. A control board 9 is housed therein. A wall 10 is integrally formed in the storage box 6, and an electronic control board 9 is surrounded by the wall 10 and the side wall 6a of the storage box 6, and this board 9 is fixed to the side wall 6a. At the same time, an opening of the storage box 6 corresponding to the substrate storage section 20 is closed with a sealing material 11. That is, the sealing material 11
is a so-called sealing tape in which an adhesive is applied to one side of a sheet made of closed-cell polyethylene foam, etc., which is elastic and non-breathable. The parts are attached using the above-mentioned adhesive. Also,
The substrate 9 is provided with a patterned surface 9a on the side of the opening corresponding to the storage section 20, and a protective sheet 12 made of polyester film or the like is interposed between this surface 9a and the sealing material 11.
The outer periphery of is fixed to the outer periphery of the substrate 9. A polyurethane material 14 whose temperature is controlled by manual operation is fixed to a substrate 13, and the substrate 13 is separated from the electronic control substrate 9 and is closed off independently of the storage section 20 of the substrate 9. The temperature sensor 15 is connected to the board 9 with a lead wire 16, and a lead wire lead-out portion 17 provided by cutting out the wall 10 is connected to the storage portion of the temperature sensor 15 and the board by wrapping a sealing tape 18 around the lead wire 16. The storage section 20 is separated from the storage section 20. Since the refrigerator of this embodiment is configured as described above, it goes without saying that no parts such as an operation box for storing the electronic control board 9 outside the refrigerator are required. , the board 9 is surrounded by a side wall 6a of the electrical component storage box 6 and a wall 10 that integrally projects from the side wall 6a, and the opening thereof is closed with a non-permeable sealing material 11 such as closed-cell foamed polyethylene. Since it is almost sealed, even if hot food is stored inside the refrigerator compartment 3,
There is no possibility of condensation on the substrate 9 due to moisture. Also,
Since the volume 14 needs to be operated with a dial or the like from outside the electrical parts storage box 6 in order to adjust the temperature, it is not reliable even if the space between the dial part and the storage box 6 is filled with sealing tape or the like. In this embodiment, the storage section 20 of the board 9 having a timer and temperature control function is separated from the storage section of the volume 14 for temperature adjustment.
The board 9 where components are concentrated is reliably sealed,
This improves reliability in terms of moisture resistance. Also,
Since a protective sheet 12 such as a polyester film is interposed between the sealing material 11 and the substrate 9, when accommodating the connector 19 for connecting the substrate 9 and the refrigerator main body 1 side, the connector 19
The sealing material 11 will not be damaged by the leg portions 21 of the component protruding from the board 9 due to pressure from the substrate 9, and the airtightness will not be impaired.

As explained above, according to this invention, the electronic control board with a timer and temperature control function is housed in the electrical parts storage box, along with electrical components such as the interior light and temperature sensor, so that it can be operated outside the refrigerator. There is no need to arrange a box, and the board is surrounded by a wall provided in the storage box, separated from the electrical components, and stored in the storage box, and the opening of the wall surrounding the board is made non-ventilated. To create a substrate storage structure with excellent tracking resistance even when the substrates are stored in the refrigerator without having to perform moisture-resistant treatment on the substrates such as molding with urethane resin. This has the effect of making it possible to obtain an inexpensive electronically controlled refrigerator.
