(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, the present invention provides melting means for appropriately melting the tip of the needle of a used syringe at the bottom of the container at the place where the syringe is used. The syringe needle is inserted into a molten liquid that has been melted at an appropriate temperature in a processing device, and the molten material is applied to the tip of the syringe needle.

The method for disposing of used syringes of the present invention is to deposit the melt 3 on the tip of the injection needle 2 of the used syringe 1 at the location where the syringe was used. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, if necessary, a heater 5 is attached to the bottom of the container 4 via a partition plate 6 near the bottom, and a thermostat is installed on the inner peripheral surface of the upper side of the container 4. 7 is attached, and a lid 10 provided with a melt pre-material input port 8 and several injection needle insertion holes 9 is placed on the top surface of the container 4, and a lid 10 is placed on the top surface of the container 4.
A processing device 12 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cooling tank 11 for injecting a cooling liquid such as water. and,
Pre-melt materials such as metals, plastics, glasses, solidified substances using two or more liquids are introduced into the container 4 of the processing device 12 from the pre-melt material input port 8 of the lid 10, and Heater 5 if necessary
The needle 2 of the used syringe 1 is melted in the thermostat 7 to an appropriate viscosity.
The tip of the injection needle 2 is inserted to make the melt 3 adhere to the tip of the injection needle 2. In this case, if the molten material 3 is still in an unsolidified state or a high temperature state when the injection needle 2 of the used syringe 1 is immediately pulled up, the molten material 3 is solidified with water or a melt solidifying liquid in the cooling tank 11. , it may be disposed of. Note that the attachment of the molten material 3 to the injection needle 2 is not limited to the method using heat, and includes, for example, a method in which one liquid is attached to the injection needle 2 and then another liquid is attached to it to solidify it. .

Moreover, the method for disposing of a used syringe of the present invention may be such that the tip of the injection needle 2 of the used syringe 1 is crushed at the location where the syringe is used. That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the compression mold 1 of the compressor
The injection needle 2 of the used syringe 1 is inserted into the syringe 5, the proximal end of the injection needle 2 is pressed from both sides with a needle presser 16, and the tip of the injection needle 2 is crushed with a plunger 17.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the method for disposing of used syringes of the present invention, the tip of the needle 2 of the used syringe 1 is placed in an appropriate container at the place where the syringe was used. Since the used syringe 1 is inserted into the melted liquid at an appropriate temperature in the processing device 12 having an appropriate melting means at the bottom of the syringe 4, the molten substance 3 is attached to the tip of the injection needle 2. injection needle 2
The sharp tip of the syringe 1 is rounded so that it will not stick into your hand during normal handling. Accidents can be reliably prevented.

Further, at a place where the syringe is used as described in claim 2, the tip of the injection needle 2 of the used syringe 1 is inserted into the compression mold 15 of the compressor, and the proximal end of the injection needle 2 is held in the needle holder 16. Press the injection needle from both sides with
Even if the tip of the injection needle 2 of the used syringe 1 is crushed with a plunger 17 or the like, the sharp tip of the injection needle 2 of the used syringe 1 will be rounded and will not stick into the hand during normal handling. As with the method for disposing of used syringes, it goes without saying that this method has the effect of reliably preventing accidents caused by used syringes 1.
