の外周面には水等の冷却液注入用の冷却槽１１を
取付けてなる処理装置１２を形成する。そして、
この処理装置１２の容器４内に金属類、プラスチ
ツク類、ガラス類、更には２液又は複数液による
固化物質等の溶融物前材料を蓋１０の溶融物前材
料投入口８から投入して、必要ならばヒーター５
及びサーモスタツト７にて適宜粘度に溶融させて
おき、この溶融液中に使用済注射器１の注射針２
の先端部を挿入して、注射針２の先端部に溶融物
３を付着させる。この場合、使用済注射器１の注
射針２を直ぐに引上げた際に、溶融物３がまだ不
固化状態或いは高熱状態であれば、冷却槽１１内
の水又は溶融物固化用液で固化させた後、廃棄処
理するようにしても良い。尚、溶融物３の注射針
２への付着は熱による場合だけに限らず、例え
ば、注射針２に一つの液体を付着し、これに更に
他の液体を付着して固化させる方法も含むものと
