＜産業上の利用分野＞
本考案は玄関マツトに関するものである。さら
に詳しくは吸液性、保液性に優れ、しかも取り扱
い操作性に優れた玄関、自動車内などで用いられ

＜従来の技術＞
従来、マツトは合成樹脂で裏打ちされている起
毛された編織布が用いられている。しかしこれで
は重くて取り換え時などの取り扱い性が悪く、ま
た汚れた場合のクリーニングが極めて煩雑であ

すなわち本考案は第２図に示すごとく編織布ま
たは不織布からなる表面層（以下Ａ層）とメルト
ブローン法によつて得られ、保水率３倍以上を有
する保液層（以下Ｂ層）と水を通さない不透水層
（以下Ｃ層）との少なくとも３層よりなり、これ
ら少なくとも３層を縁部で融着することによつて
一体化させることによつて保液性および取り扱い

レン、ポリエステルなどの合成繊維からなるスパ
ンボンド不織布を用い、Ａ層とＢ層の間に嵩高性

る。ここで保水率は10cm×10cmの試料片を３分間
水中に浸漬後ひきあげて試料を金網上に広げて３
分間静置し、試料の重量増加より算出する。この
ような条件を満たすメルトブローン不織布の例と
しては６ナイロン、６−６ナイロンなどのポリア
ミド系樹脂、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、練り
込みあるいは親水加工されたポリエチレン、ポリ
プロピレンなどのポリオレフイン系樹脂あるいは
ポリエステル系樹脂などから得られる不織布が挙
