リート等の固化材と機械混合する固化処理機Bのミキサ
ー7内に固化材フィーダ32から供給される固化材との混
合割合に合わせて連続的に定量供給するものである。そ
して、ミキサー7への土砂aの供給を終えたローター1
の各土砂計量凹部1bはその円形内面に付着残留する土砂
等の付着物が順次ローター1と同期回転するローターク
リーナー2の掻き落し羽2bによって掻き落とされ、付着
物が掻き落とされた各土砂計量凹部1bは再びケーシング
3の下部開口部から上部開口部へと回転移動して土砂投
入ホッパー4からの土砂aを満杯に受け止め収容し計量
する動作を繰り返すものである。

付着物をローターと同期回転するロータークリーナーの
土砂排除部材によって掻き落とすことが出来る。従っ
て、コンクリート等の固化材と混ぜ合わせる汚泥,ヘド
ロ等の対象土砂を該固化材との混合割合に合わせて確実
且つ連続的に定量供給することが出来る。

角形筒状のケーシングと、このケーシングの上部開口部
に定着装備する土砂投入ホッパーとからなり、前記ロー
ターの回転方向において相対するケーシングの上下開口
部側を除く両側筒壁を、該ローターの各土砂計量凹部の
開放上端縁部の回転軌跡に沿う半円状に形成すると共
に、その両側半円壁部を弾性材にて形成したことを特徴
とする土砂等の定量供給装置。
