If a pipe-shaped material is used as in the above-mentioned conventional method, there is a disadvantage that the cost becomes high. Further, in the case of a pipe-shaped material, there is a problem in that it is extremely technically difficult to weld and join both ends. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a ring-shaped toy that can reduce costs by manufacturing using a synthetic resin sheet instead of a pipe-shaped material and that facilitates seaming by welding both ends. To do.

In order to achieve the above object, in the method for manufacturing a ring-shaped toy according to the present invention, an elongated strip 2 is formed from a thermoplastic and flexible synthetic resin sheet 1, and the strip 2 is formed. Where the stopper 3 is attached to the required position, and then the strip 2 is folded in two in the width direction so that the side edges 4 and 5 of the strip 2 overlap each other, and both ends of the overlapped side edges 4 and 5 are removed. To form a pipe part by welding, then fold the whole piece in two in the length direction, extend both ends to the original state, and weld both edge parts 6, 7 to each other. To form a ring shape, and further fold the joined end portions again in the width direction and overlap and weld the unwelded portions 8 and 9 on both side edge portions to form a pipe shape as a whole. None, enter air into the pipe from the stopper 3 It is intended to be completed by inflating Te.

Embodiments will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. First, two thermoplastic and flexible rectangular synthetic resin sheets 1 such as vinyl chloride are prepared as shown in FIG.
In addition, the synthetic resin sheet 1 may be one sheet or three sheets depending on the size.
More than one is fine. Next, the two synthetic resin sheets 1 are welded as shown in FIG. 2 to join them to form an elongated strip 2. The synthetic resin sheet 1 is 1
When the number of sheets is one, the joining process is of course unnecessary. And
A stopper 3 as shown in FIG. 2 is attached to a required position of the strip 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the strip 2 is folded in two in the width direction so that both side edge portions 4 and 5 overlap each other,
The overlapped side edge portions 4 and 5 except for both end portions are welded (10 in FIG. 3 indicates the welded portion) to form a partial pipe shape. It is desirable that the outer surface and the inner surface of the pipe-shaped portion 11 are inverted so that the welded portion 10 is arranged on the inner surface side as much as possible. At this stage, the pipe-shaped part 11
As shown in FIG. 4, a ball 12, a bell or the like may be movably inserted into the inside of the. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the whole is folded in two in the lengthwise direction, both ends thereof are extended to their original state, and both end edges 6, 7 are overlapped and welded (1 in the figure).
3 shows the welded portion), and the whole is formed into a ring shape. Next, the spliced end portions are shown in FIG.
As shown in Fig. 7, it is folded again in the width direction, and the unwelded portions 8 and 9 on both side edges are overlapped and welded as shown in Fig. 7 (14 in Fig. 7 indicates the welded portion). Is formed into a pipe shape, and finally, air is blown into the pipe from the stopper 3 to inflate it as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, whereby a ring-shaped toy is completed.

As described above, the present invention has the advantage that the cost can be reduced because it can be manufactured from a synthetic resin sheet instead of the conventionally used pipe-shaped material, and when the pipe-shaped material is used, While it is extremely difficult to weld and splice both ends, the present invention has the advantage that the step of welding and splicing both ends is extremely easy. There is an advantage that the diameter of the ring and the thickness of the pipe-shaped portion can be easily changed only by changing the length and the width.
