As shown in Fig. 8, this type of conventional socket-equipped waterway body is made by creating a formwork k with its bottom facing upward and in an open shape, placing reinforcing bars inside the formwork, and pouring concrete into the formwork. That is, a commonly used manufacturing method is to manually level the bottom surface 1a when completed to form the socket-equipped waterway body 1 as shown in FIG. 9.

Therefore, especially the bottom surface 1a of the socket-equipped waterway body 1
There are variations in the thickness and smoothness of each product, and this combined with variations in the finish of the waterway body 1 results in the disadvantage that the connecting portions do not fit tightly and water leaks from the connecting portions.

In order to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, Jikaisho
In Japanese Patent No. 51-111524, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the packing 4 is inserted into the gap S formed by fitting the spicot part 2 and the socket part 3 of the waterway body 1 to connect them. It has been proposed to do so.

This can prevent water leakage from the connecting parts to some extent, but since the socket-equipped waterway body 1 is manufactured using the method described above, there are variations in finishing accuracy.
Since the crisscross S is uneven, it is difficult to expect much of a water leakage prevention effect, especially in the portions of both side walls where the packing 4 is not crushed, and the smoothness of the bottom surface 1a is poor, resulting in poor adhesion to the intervening packing 4. There seems to be some problem with the water leakage prevention effect.

Therefore, it is possible to use the connection structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-5689, but the structure is complicated and it is difficult to apply it to this type of socket-equipped waterway body 1 where the socket portion 3 is large. In addition, concrete sealing materials are unable to follow displacement due to undue subsidence of the ground after installation, and there are problems in reliably preventing water leakage from connected parts.

The present invention was developed in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems. The purpose is to provide a waterway body that can reliably prevent water leakage at the connection part, and its gist is that in a waterway body in which a socket part is formed at one end of the spigot part,
A convex strip is formed on the inner periphery of the socket portion, and a concave strip that engages with the convex portion is formed on the outer periphery of the other end of the spigot portion, and a packing is inserted between the concave and convex strips to connect them. The water body with a socket is characterized by the following structure.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in Figs. 1 to 5. Reference numerals 11 and 11' designate water bodies of the present invention, and socket parts 13 and 13' are provided at one end of the spigot parts 12 and 12'. It is formed.

Reference numeral 14 denotes a protruding portion, which is connected to the socket portions 13, 13'.
A concave strip 15 is formed on the outer wall of the other end of the spigot portion 12, 12' to fit with the convex strip 14, and a concave strip 15 is formed along the inner wall of the socket portion 13, 13'. Inner wall and spigot part 12,
The design is such that a clearance S is formed between the other end and the outer wall of 12' when they are fitted together.

Packings 16 and 17 are made of rubber or soft synthetic resin, and the cross-sectional shape of packing 16 is approximately semicircular, and that of packing 17 is approximately rectangular. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the grooves 15 having different shapes are used for different purposes, and are positioned by fitting into the grooves 15.

That is, in FIG. 3, the protruding portion 14 and the concave portion 15 are each formed to have an arcuate cross section, and in this case, the packing 16 is semicircular, and in FIG. The portion 14 and the grooved portion 15 are each formed to have a trapezoidal cross section, and in this case, rectangular packing 17 is used for each. In addition,
Like the convex strips 14, the concave strips 15 are formed on the formwork surface during molding of the water channel body 11, so they have a smooth surface, and therefore the packing 16
and 17 becomes better.

The connection between the water channel bodies 11 is achieved by fitting a packing 16 or 17 into the concave portion 15 formed at one end of the spigot portion 12, and inserting this end into the socket portion 13 so that the packing 16 or 17 is inserted into the socket portion. They are fitted and connected in a manner that corresponds to the protruding portion 14 in 13.

As a result, the packing 16 or 17 is compressed by the convex portion 14 and the concave portion 15 formed of the smooth surface, and is brought into close contact with the convex portion 14 and the concave portion 15, and is positioned within the concave portion 15 by fitting. Because of this, it has good stability and does not shift from its installed position even if the water channel body 11 moves in the longitudinal direction.

In addition, since the connecting parts are fitted with a clearance S, the packing 16 or 17 can withstand vertical or horizontal displacement due to uneven ground subsidence.
It can be displaced and freely tracked within the range of clearance S using the fulcrum.

As described above, the socket-equipped waterway body according to the present invention is a waterway body in which a socket portion is formed at one end of the spigot portion, and the convex stripe is provided on the inner periphery of the socket portion, and the convex portion is formed on the outer periphery of the other end of the spigot portion. Since grooves are formed to engage with the grooves, and the packing is sandwiched between the grooves and the grooves are connected, the packing and the waterway body have good adhesion at the connection parts. Even if there are dimensional variations during manufacturing or movement in the longitudinal direction, water leakage at the connecting portion can be completely prevented.
