が低下する問題もあった。本第1発明の目的は研削工具
の研削移動方向を合理的に設定することによって、研削
を容易迅速に行える表面研磨方法を提案する点にある。

4の剥離工程を経て研磨工程に入る。 (ホ) 次に、研磨装置Aで熱成形用テープ4によって
出来た竿周面の段差凹凸を研磨する。

部9Aの両側に下向き突条部9B,9Bを突設するとと
もに、支持台6に突条部9B,9Bを嵌入させて表面研
削工具9を竿軸芯方向に案内する案内溝6Aを形成し、
更に、表面研削工具9に油圧シリンダ等の駆動移動手段
10を連結し、駆動移動手段10と案内溝6Aとの協働
で表面研削工具9を竿軸芯方向に沿って往復移動可能に
構成する。以上の構成を研磨装置Aと称する。 (ヘ) 研磨工程が終了すると、竿先部と竿尻部とを切
