るとともに、該板部材の上縁にバランスウエイト
5a,5bを位置調節ができるように取付けたも
ので、このバランスウエイト5a,5bの重みで
ダンパー4a,4bは常時は下縁の庇部4c,4
dが重なり合つて流路を完全に閉塞して室内温度
の変化を防止しているが、吸気用長窓孔2から吹
出用長窓孔3への下向きの流体圧が加えられると
前記閉塞状態が解かれて流路の開口度が流体圧に
応じ変化するようになつている。そして、ケーシ
ング1の下部内壁には前記ダンパー4a,4bが
必要以上に枢動されることを阻止するストツパ7
a,7bを設けたものとしてあり、吸気用長窓孔
2から自然に入り込む風圧程度ではバランスウエ
イト5a,5bとのバランスで両ダンパー4a,
4bが流路を閉塞しているが、それ以上の圧力で
供給流体が吸気用長窓孔2から強制的に入り込む
と流路が流体圧に応じた開口度まで開かれるよう
になつている。なお、図中8はケーシング1の上

用給気口の問題点を解決したものとして実用的価
