(考案が解決しようとする課題) このものは、該排気通路内で煙を焼き尽くすた

は熱量が大きい程煙を焼く能力も大きいと言う関
係がある。しかしエネルギー的にも排気通路の耐
熱構造上からも、更に該熱源がガスバーナである
場合、熱量が大きい即ち燃焼量が大きいと、焼成
庫からの排気の流れを妨げ勝ちとなるので、熱源
の熱量は少ない方が望ましい。そこで本考案者が
熱源の熱量の変化と煙の焼き尽くされ方を種々テ
ストした結果、熱源の熱量が大きい時には煙は焼
き尽くされ排気通路の出口から排出されないが、
熱源の熱量が小さくなると煙が焼き尽くされない
で排出されるようになり、それは排気通路の出口
の全域に亘るもので無く部分的であることがわか
つた。

かなように、共通のバーナボデイ8の下面に多数
の炎孔9a施したセラミツクプレート9を取付け
て構成し、該調理用バーナ3を構成する部分に連
続する煙焼用のバーナ5を構成する部分は、両側
部分5aの炎孔9aを中央部分5bに比べ密にし
て該煙焼用のバーナ5の熱量を該通路の横断方向
の中央部分5bに比べ両側部分5aで大きくなる

側部5aで大きくなるようにした。尚この実施例
では煙焼用のバーナ5の前端部分5cはその全巾
に亘つて炎孔9aを密にして熱量を大きくした。
かくすれば、該前端部分5cから焼成庫2の後部
にも焼成用の熱を及ぼすことが出来、特に図示す
るものでは、排気通路4を構成する焼成庫2内に
突出する仕切板7に透孔7aを設け、該透孔7a
を介して焼成庫2の後部に及ぼすようにした。
