き円柱の溝に極細線を巻付け前記マグネットシートで極
細線を固定した後、他方側の微動ステージを一方側の微
動ステージから遠ざかるように移動して前記溝付き円柱
間の極細線を引張り破断して伸直化し、この伸直化した
後に前記他方側の微動ステージを一方側の微動ステージ
側に移動して、前記伸直化した極細線同志を突合せ芯合
わせした後、銀ろうを塗布して極細線同志を接続したこ
とを特徴とする極細線の接続方法。
