(Conventional technology) Conventionally, gratings for gutters and drains have been widely used, with a lattice installed inside a metal frame, but conventional gratings focus only on strength. This design has caused many problems, such as slippery roads when wet, and lack of consideration for the aesthetics of the road as sewage, sludge, and garbage can be seen.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A first aspect of the present invention is that a water passage portion in which porcelain particles obtained by granulating ceramic particles are bonded in a porous manner with a binder has a bottom surface that allows water to flow through the water passage portion. According to the second aspect of the present invention,
The invention is based on a water passage section in which colored porcelain particles obtained by granulating and firing a mixture of raw materials and colored pigments are bonded in a porous manner with a resin binder, and water can freely pass through the bottom surface. It is characterized by being embedded inside a frame with a structure that allows it to be used.

In order to produce the porcelain particles obtained by granulating the ceramic particles used in the present invention, ceramic raw materials, sludge, etc. are adjusted to have an appropriate composition,
Water is added and kneaded to a moisture content of 12 to 16%, and then extruded into noodles with a diameter of 1 to 5 mm. This is cut and granulated to a diameter of 1
Granulate spherical particles of ~5 mm. In this case, it is of course possible to use rod-shaped granules obtained by cutting the noodle-shaped product extruded into 1 to 5 mm pieces, or granules obtained by granulating the powder into spheres using a dish-shaped granulator.
Colored porcelain particles are prepared by adjusting ceramic raw materials, sludge, etc. to contain appropriate components, then mixing with 1 to 3% by weight of colored pigment, and molding this into predetermined particles using the same molding method as above. Granulate it so that it has a diameter,
dry. The dried granules were then fired. If the firing temperature is 1100-1300℃, porcelain particles can be obtained, and if a colored pigment is added, the colored pigment develops color, and colored porcelain particles that are colorful, have no water absorption, and have excellent abrasion resistance can be obtained. . The grating of the present invention is made by bonding such porcelain particles in a porous manner with a binder such as flux, and embedding it inside a frame with a structure that allows water to freely pass through the bottom surface, or Colored porcelain particles bonded porously with a resin binder are embedded inside a frame with a structure that allows water to freely pass through the bottom surface, and the open pores allow the granulated particles to pass through. Since the grooves are used, they are almost uniform, and if the open porosity is set to about 35 to 45%, sufficient water permeability is ensured, and it also has the effect of preventing clogging, and is effective against the sound of rainwater flowing in the grooves. provides sufficient sound insulation. In addition, the colored porcelain particles as described above contain colored pigments inside and are colored throughout, and there is no risk of color deterioration, and by selecting the pigment, an extremely large number of colors can be freely selected. Therefore, gratings with a beautiful appearance can be manufactured. Furthermore, unlike conventional gratings, the grating of the present invention has a ceramic porous body filled inside the frame and is embedded integrally with the frame as a water passage, so it can be used even during rainy days. It is non-slip and is preferable from the viewpoint of traffic safety.

(Example) FIG. 1 shows a first example of the present invention.
1 is a grating frame consisting of an outer frame 2 and a lattice-like reinforcing body 3 having a structure through which water can freely pass; 4 is a water passage made of porous material embedded inside this frame 1; Department. This water passage part 4 is made of a porous body having an open porosity of 35 to 45%, which is made by binding the above-mentioned porcelain particles with a binder, or by binding colored porcelain particles with a resin binder. It is something. In order to manufacture such gratings, 100 to 20 parts by weight of flux are mixed with 100 parts by weight of porcelain particles, and the mixture is compression press-molded using a press machine at a pressure of 5 to 10 kg/ cm2 .
Either baked at 1300°C or embedded in the frame 1 with a mixture of 7 to 10 parts by weight of a resin binder (epoxy or polyester) mixed with a curing agent and an accelerator in advance. It may be cured at room temperature or at a temperature of about 40 to 85°C without the risk of deterioration.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a pattern 6 surrounded by a partition frame 5 is formed on the surface of the water passing portion 4. As the partition frame 5, for example, a cut piece of vinyl chloride resin pipe is used, and the inside of the frame is filled with colored porcelain particles of different colors to form a pattern with clear border lines. Frame 5 can also be omitted. Furthermore, a porous water passage portion 4
By dispersing about 2 to 10% (by weight) of transparent glass beads on the surface of the road surface, it is possible to enhance the retroreflectivity of light rays at night, thereby making it possible to clearly identify the location of roadside ditches, etc. The overall shape is not limited to the one shown in the figure, but can be any shape such as a circular shape like a manhole cover or a square shape, or it can be plain without a pattern. Needless to say.

This kind of grating is made of almost spherical granules, has uniform pore shapes, and has a structure that allows water to freely pass through the bottom of the frame 1, so it has excellent water permeability. Rainwater, etc. can easily pass through, and a sufficient soundproofing effect can be exhibited against the sound of rainwater, etc. flowing in the groove. In addition, frames in which colored porcelain particles are embedded inside the frame 1 have the advantage of being resistant to slipping even in rainy weather, which is an advantage for traffic safety, and the surfaces are colorful, making them suitable for enhancing the beauty of the city. It is.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which porcelain particles are bonded inside a fan-shaped bottomless frame 1 with a binder as in the first embodiment, or A porous water passage portion 4 is formed by binding colored porcelain particles with a resin binder. As shown in the figure, this grating is placed at the base of the street trees 10, etc., and since rainwater can freely pass through the inside of the frame 1, moisture can penetrate into the inside of the frame 1, and it is colorful. The water passage portion 4 has the effect of enhancing the aesthetic appearance. It goes without saying that the water passing portion 4 of this embodiment can also be patterned in the same way as the embodiment of FIG. 1, and transparent glass beads can also be dispersed on the surface to enhance the reflective effect.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the grating of the present invention has excellent water permeability, allows rainwater etc. to easily pass through the inside of the frame, has excellent aesthetics, and has excellent soundproofing, durability, and slip resistance. Since it has an excellent stopping effect, it is suitable as grating for road gutters, drainage holes, etc., or as art grating for roadside trees. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry as a grating that eliminates the problems of the conventional grating.
