に電源が投入されると、前記主制御部は、前記データ退
避用磁気ディスク装置から前記データ記憶部にデータの
リストアを開始して、上位装置に対して運用可能状態と
すると共に、前記主制御部はリストアをトラック単位で
行い、前記制御メモリの該トラックエリアにリストア済
である事を記憶し、前記主制御部はリストアの合間に上
位装置からデータアクセス指令を受けると前記制御メモ
リの該トラックエリアの情報を調べリストア済であれば
前記データ記憶部へアクセスしリストア済でなければ、
前記データ退避用磁気ディスク装置へアクセスして成る
ことを特徴とする半導体記憶装置。
