The present invention relates to a mat structure of a loading deck with a mat, which is installed on the floor of a freight vehicle or the like so as to be able to be raised and folded down, and is used as a loading platform. In recent years, one-box freight vehicles have become popular as vehicles for transporting various types of cargo, and the floor inside the vehicle body, excluding the driver's seat, serves as a loading platform. Here, there are some items such as food, luxury goods, etc. that are disliked when placed directly on a dirty floor. Therefore, for such cargo, a deck with a mat is installed on the floor so that it can be raised and lowered, and if necessary, the deck is horizontally laid down above the floor, and luxury goods, etc. are placed on the mat of this deck and transported. It is being considered. Therefore, the deck in this case is a highly rigid loading platform, and mats are spread over almost the entire surface of the deck.

Therefore, as a conventional deck similar to the above-mentioned deck, there is, for example, a parcel shelf disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-103248. Here, it is shown that a carpet is attached to a molded board and that stiffening chevrons are provided along the back edge of the board.

By the way, the parcel shelf of the above-mentioned prior art is mainly intended for covering a trunk room, and cannot be applied to a loading platform deck due to its strength. Carpets are installed for aesthetics and noise absorption, and can be easily pasted, but in the case of this invention, various loads such as dragging are applied when loading and unloading cargo, so care must be taken to prevent them from peeling off. It must be firmly adhered, and the means of attachment must necessarily be different. For this reason, the loading deck is required to have a rigid board capable of supporting the load of the cargo, and to attach the mat to the board in such a way that it will not easily peel off. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mat structure for a vehicle loading deck that allows the mat to be easily and firmly fixed to a plate-like board.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vehicle loading deck constructed by laying pine on the surface of a hollow board made of resin blow-molded.
The mat is woven from a mixed material of resin fibers made of the same material as the board body and fibers made of a different material from the board body, and this mat is integrally molded during blow molding of the board body to form the base of the resin fibers. It is characterized by being thermally welded to the board body.

Based on the above structure, the resin fibers made of the same material as the board melt throughout the entire area of the mat during blow molding, and are directly welded to the board while intertwining the fibers made of a material different from that of the board mixed as a raw material. In this way, in the present invention, the entire area of the mat material itself is directly welded to the board body, making it possible to simplify the structure of the mat and improve its adhesion.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Referring to FIG. 1, an outline of a loading deck to which the present invention is applied will be explained. Reference numeral 1 designates the vehicle bodies 1 and 2 of the freight vehicle, and the rear floor 3 is set high because an engine, a transmission, etc. are mounted on the rear part of the floor 2. And the floor 2
A loading platform deck 4 with a mat is installed so that it can be raised and lowered by rotatably attaching legs 5 on one side, and when it is folded down as shown by the solid line, one side of the loading platform deck 4 is hung on the step 6 of the rear floor 3 and it is leveled. It functions as a loading platform. Moreover, when unnecessary, the loading platform deck 4 is made to stand up vertically as shown by the two-dot chain line. The configuration of the loading platform deck 4 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2a and 2b. First, the loading deck 4 has a board body 10 in the form of a hollow plate made of blow-molded thermoplastic resin. Between the meat portions 11, ribs 13 are attached in a rectangular wave shape along with the box cross-section portion 12 in the horizontal or vertical direction. Further, on the front side of the board body 10, a predetermined step is provided inside the edge 14, and a recess 15 for laying a mat is formed.
is formed, and the bottom surface portion 16 and back surface portion 17 of this recess 15 are in close contact with each other. On the other hand, a mat 18 is integrally attached inside the recess 15 of the board body 10 by heat welding the back side to the bottom part 16. In this case, as shown in FIG. It is buried so low that it is difficult to peel it off. In detail about the mat 18 in FIG. 3, as shown in a, it is made of only a fiber component without a core on the back side, for example, a cotton thread 19 is mixed with a resin fiber thread (polyethylene type) 20 made of the same material as the board body 10. It is made by weaving. Therefore, when blow molding the board body, a mat 18 is placed in advance at a position that corresponds to the recess 15 inside the mold.
is installed, and the board body 10 is blow molded in this state. Then, when the board body 10 is molded, the heat generated at this time causes the resin fiber threads 2 to spread over the entire area of the mat 18.
0 is melted, and the cotton thread 19 is entwined with the bottom part 16 of the recess 15 and welded at the same time, as shown in FIG. 3b. After cooling and solidifying, the entire back side of the board 10 and the mat 18 become integrated. With the above configuration, when using the deck, the board body 1
0 is laid down horizontally and luggage such as luxury goods is placed on the mat 18. Even if the cargo is moved on the mat 18, the mat 18 remains fixed without peeling or shifting.

As described above, according to the present invention, the mat can be made of a mixed material of resin fibers made of the same material as the board body and fibers made of a different material from the board body, thereby simplifying its structure. Since the entire area of the mat is welded to the board using resin fibers, it has very good adhesion.
