発明の目的 本発明は上記従来の欠点を解消するもので、遠
赤外線ヒーターによる輻射熱により調理物に対し

でき、殺菌に対しては、食物に対して熱浸透が良
いので短時間に内部迄熱が浸透し、食物の変質を
起こさずに殺菌できるなど、また、装置費、エネ
ルギー費共に安価な加熱装置を提供することにあ
る。

アスピードを可変できる制御装置とから構成して
おり、上部パネル型遠赤外線ヒーターから直接食
物へ、また下部棒状ヒーターから食物受皿を介し
て食物へ両方から遠赤外線輻射熱を照射し食物内
部への加熱効率を大幅に高めたことを特徴とした
ものである。

えば調理物などで適度の焦げ目を必要とするもの
と必要としないもの、水分を残して調理したいも
の、或いは、殺菌を目的として変質をさせずに加
熱物内部の温度が一定の温度になるような加熱の
仕方が種々可能で、加熱対象に応じて自由にしか
も品質の良い加熱ができる。
