(Prior Art) FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of a thermal transfer recording section using a conventional ink ribbon cassette 11, in which a print head 12 is connected to a recording paper 9 via an ink ribbon 4.
In this state, the carriage shaft 10
When the ribbon 4 moves along the ribbon 4, the winding core 3 also rotates and winds up the ribbon 4. The ribbon 4 is made of a film coated with ink on one side and is very thin, so it may expand or contract locally due to transfer heat from the printing head 12 and ink peeling of the ink ribbon 4 caused by ink transfer. The tensile strength becomes non-uniform, which causes winding disturbances such as the ribbon 4 being offset in the direction of the winding axis of the winding core 3, and the winding torque increases. There was a problem in that winding defects such as winding stopping occurred.

Conventionally, in order to solve this problem, the distance between the thrust surface 5 of the ink ribbon 4 wound on the core 3 and the inner wall surface of the ink ribbon cassette 11 is widened in anticipation of the occurrence of the winding disorder phenomenon. Alternatively, measures have been taken to suppress the increase in winding torque by arranging a thin sheet with a small coefficient of friction in the interval.

However, the method described above does not prevent the occurrence of winding disorder, which is the fundamental cause, and therefore cannot prevent the winding torque from increasing in cases where extreme winding disorder occurs, resulting in poor winding. There were drawbacks such as the occurrence of

(Purpose of the invention) The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it is possible to reduce the winding torque by preventing the ink ribbon from being disordered in the ink ribbon cassette, which is the root cause of the increase in the winding torque. does not increase,
To provide an ink ribbon cassette that does not cause winding defects.

(Embodiment of the invention) Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on an embodiment. Figs. Built-in. The thrust surface (hereinafter referred to as the winding ribbon surface) 5 of the ink ribbon 4 wound around the winding core 3 and the cassette base 6
Between the top cover 1 and the top cover 1, there are four sets of two belt-shaped strips each extending radially in the direction of the winding diameter of the core 3 without rotating together with the core 3, as shown in FIG. 3, for example. Fold-back flap 2, which is an elastic member
This is an ink ribbon cassette in which a paper sheet 2 having an ink ribbon 1 is arranged with the flap 21 wound up and facing the ribbon surface 5.

When the ink ribbon 4 is wound up on the winding core 3, the folding flap 21 of the sheet 2 is in elastic contact with the winding ribbon surface 5, as shown in FIGS. Even if a change in tensile strength occurs due to local expansion and contraction of the ink ribbon 4 due to peeling or the like, the winding position of the ribbon 4 is always constant and the ribbon 4 can be wound up neatly. Furthermore, since the elastic contact force of the flap 21 is relatively gentle due to the folding of the paper, this frictional resistance has almost no effect on the winding torque.

As a second embodiment, the seat 2 of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 may be modified as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 depending on the friction torque. A sheet 2 having four sets of folding flaps 22, one each having a band shape, which extends radially in the direction of the winding diameter of the core 3 and deviates in the direction of rotation of the ink ribbon 4, is placed on the side of the flap 22. It may be used by disposing it on the side of the rolled-up ribbon surface 5.

Furthermore, as a third embodiment, a sheet 2'' using a sponge 23 as an elastic member as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is considered so as to reduce friction between it and the rolled-up ribbon surface 5. Accordingly, the entire or part of the winding ribbon surface 5 may be brought into elastic contact.

In the above embodiments, the elastic members such as the folding flaps 21 and 22 or the sponge 23 may be arranged so that they come into elastic contact with the so-called rolled-up ribbon surface 5.
The number of elastic members such as fold-back flaps is also arbitrary as long as at least three sets or more are provided from the viewpoint of stability.

Furthermore, the elastic member does not necessarily have to be integrally formed on the sheet, but may be arranged on the inner wall of the top lid 1, etc. The manner of arrangement and the material of the sheet are also arbitrary, and variations in combinations thereof are possible. This does not change the gist of the present invention.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, the ink ribbon is wound around the winding core without winding disorder by making elastic contact with the thrust surface of the ink ribbon using the elastic force of the elastic member. It is possible to provide an ink ribbon cassette that does not require an increase in take-up torque and does not cause poor winding.
