Abstract

PURPOSE:To pfevent the generation of creak and secure the in-plane proof stress of various kinds of panels by connecting fixing plates, fixed in the face adjusted state to the mutually opposed side faces of adjacent linear elements, into H-shape in the mutually facing state. CONSTITUTION:A pair of fixing plates 5 are provided being face-jointed respectively to the mutually facing side faces of the adjacent main linear elements of the frame of a floor, a roof, or the like. The respective wide planes of the fixing plates 5 are then connected opposedly in H-shape. In this case, the fixing plates 5 are formed of square plates of the same dimension, and the height thereof is made the same as the side face height of the main linear elements. A connecting member 6 is formed of a short member of upright rectangular solid shape, and its cross-section dimensional shape is prepared to be the same shape as the cross-section dimensional shape of the main linear elements. Both ends of the connecting member 6 are brought to butt at the wide planes of the respective fixing plates, and nails 7 are driven flat from the respective fixing plates 5 to connect the fixing plates 5 and connecting member 6 tightly to each other. The respective wide planes of the fixing plates 5 are then brought into contact with the respective side faces of the mutually facing main linear elements, a joint member 4 is fitted and fixed to the main linear elements all by the flat driving of the nails 7.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a wall type construction method is known in which structural frame members are attached to each frame of a floor and a wall to form a floor panel and a wall panel, and the floor panel and the wall panel are assembled into a box-shaped structure. (Framework construction method house construction common specifications: issued by the Housing Finance Association). According to this wall type construction method, external force is evenly supported on the entire floor and the entire wall, as compared with the case of the frame construction method consisting of columns and beams, and it is possible to obtain high structural strength. ..

A unit building system is known as a system for increasing the industrial production rate of buildings. When the above wall-type construction method is applied to a unit building, a single building is composed of a plurality of room units in which a floor panel is erected on a floor panel (JP-A-57-19440) and each room unit. It will be divided into roof units that will be joined to the upper part of each unit, and after each unit is produced in the factory, these units will be transported to the construction site and installed on the foundation prepared in advance.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional wall-type construction method, as shown in FIG. 7, a single material having the same size (cross-sectional area) as floor joists 1, 1 or less is used. It is used as the joint material 2, and the both mouths of the joint material 2 (the end faces of the transverse portion at right angles to the fiber direction of the wood) are applied to the two sides of the two adjacent floor joists 1, 1 to face each other. Since the floor joists 1 and 1 were joined by nailing the corresponding floor joist side surface, the following problems occurred.
