Traditionally, when disposing of such demolished concrete materials, most of the demolished concrete materials were dumped in a landfill, but due to severe restrictions such as location, quantity, and size, demolition work could be done more smoothly. I'm getting to the point where I can't do it anymore. Now that the number of large-scale demolition works for concrete structures, such as redevelopment work and the demolition of nuclear power plants, is expected to increase, there is a desire to develop treatment methods that rely on reuse as an alternative to landfilling and dumping.

As a processing method through reuse, it is possible to use part of the demolished concrete as aggregate, but if the demolished concrete is used as aggregate, the demolished concrete can be used as aggregate by a crusher, etc. It cannot be used unless it is crushed to a size that can be used and then classified according to particle size. Therefore, there is a problem that the cost is high and the recycled aggregate becomes relatively expensive. Even if the demolished concrete material is recycled as aggregate in this way, there is a problem in that the concrete constructed using the aggregate has relatively low strength, so its uses are limited.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' The method of reusing demolished concrete according to the present invention involves mixing the demolished concrete produced from the demolition of a concrete structure with mortar in its original state with foreign objects removed. The material is solidified and reused as the foundation for newly constructed structures.

The method of reusing demolished concrete materials in this example involves excavating the foundation ground in the land adjacent to the nuclear power plant that has reached the end of its service life, and dismantling the nuclear power plant. Artificial rock for a nuclear power plant is newly constructed on the foundation ground by pouring concrete into the foundation ground with foreign objects removed, and then injecting mortar into the foundation ground and solidifying it. When disposing of demolished concrete generated from the demolition of a nuclear power plant using such a processing method, first, as shown in Figure 1a, the area adjacent to the building 1 of the nuclear power plant that has reached the end of its service life is Then, as shown in FIG. 1b, the building 1 is demolished, and demolished concrete material 3 generated by the demolition is poured into the foundation ground 2 and spread evenly. After the demolished concrete material 3 is leveled on the foundation ground 2 in this way, concrete is constructed on this foundation ground 2. In this case, as shown in FIG.
The mortar 5 manufactured by the method is injected into the demolished concrete material 3 through a mortar injection pipe 7 using a mortar pump 6.

"Effects of the Invention" According to the method of reusing demolished concrete materials of the present invention, demolished concrete materials generated from the demolition of concrete structures are mixed with mortar in the same state from which foreign substances have been removed, and the mixture is solidified. Since the concrete is reused as the foundation of a newly constructed structure, it is possible to secure a suitable place to dispose of the demolished concrete, which makes it possible to easily and inexpensively dispose of the demolished concrete. Concrete material can be effectively used as the foundation of a newly constructed structure.
