Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain a reception at a high gain for a broad frequency band from an FM radio broadcast band till a TV broadcast wave UHF band by providing ingenious combination of 1st and 2nd elements to a lower space of defrosting heater wires. CONSTITUTION:Elements 4, 5 and a feeding pint 6 are screen-printed and fired with a conductive paste on a plate glass 1 toward the inside of the cabin of a vehicle. The element 4 consists of a defrosting heater wire 2, a bus bar 3 and horizontal wires. The element 5 is prolonged horizontally from one side toward the middle of the window glass, and reflected almost in the middle in the opposite direction to the element 4 and prolonged horizontally toward the one side, its tip is reflected in the opposite direction to the element 4 and prolonged horizontally.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there has been a demand for a glass antenna for a vehicle for receiving TV broadcast waves other than radio broadcast waves such as AM and FM, and a vertical antenna is provided on a front window glass. What is provided (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-203702),
Various proposals have been made, such as one in which an antenna for receiving FM radio broadcast waves and TV broadcast waves is provided in the upper margin of the anti-fogging heating wire of the rear window glass (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-121603). Since a plurality of heating filaments occupies most of the area of glass, the area occupied by the antenna is small, and sufficient reception gain cannot be obtained.

The present invention has been made in view of the above point, and by utilizing the lower blank portion of the heating wire, a rear window glass having a small antenna occupying area can be provided.
An object of the present invention is to provide a glass antenna for a vehicle which can improve the reception gain in a very wide frequency band from FM radio broadcast wave to TV broadcast wave UHF band and can be used also as an antenna for keyless entry.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a vehicle glass antenna provided in a lower margin portion of a heating wire for anti-fog of a rear window glass for a vehicle, in which a feeding point provided on one side portion is used. A first element mainly composed of a horizontal filament connected to the first element, and a first element below or above the first element, extending horizontally from the feeding point toward a central portion of the window glass, and substantially at the central portion of the first element. It folds back to the side opposite to the element, extends horizontally toward one side, and further folds its tip toward the side opposite to the first element, and from this part horizontally by one or two horizontal lines. It is characterized in that it is provided with a second element which is extended and has one end opened when one is provided and closed when two is provided.

In the vehicle glass antenna provided in the lower margin of the anti-fogging heating wire of the vehicle rear window glass, the vehicle glass antenna is located below or above the first element and extends from the feeding point toward the center of the window glass. It extends horizontally and folds back to the side opposite to the first element at approximately the center and extends horizontally toward one side, and its tip is further folded back to the side opposite to the first element. The second element, which extends horizontally with one or two horizontal filaments and has one end open and one end closed, extends from the FM radio broadcast wave to the TV broadcast wave UHF. Although the receiving gain is high over a wide band up to the band and acts as a main antenna, since there is a band with a low receiving gain by itself, the first element acts as an auxiliary element that supplements this part. , T results from the FM radio broadcast wave
It can be received at a practical level over a wide band of V broadcast wave UHF band.
