There is. Also, in the exposed insulation waterproof method, there is a waterproof layer on the surface side of the heat insulating material,
The waterproof layer does not have sufficient durability and weather resistance due to severe outdoor and annual weather conditions. Therefore, there are problems such as applying a large load to the structure and completely preventing the rain from leaking. Regarding construction, as for the heat insulation and waterproof construction, each material is brought to the construction site, but due to the lack of skilled workers in recent years, etc., there was a rain accident due to a decline in construction technology. Further, the roof made of metal has a defect in the sealing material of the metal joint and the bending process, that is, the goby method, and it is insufficient to completely prevent the rain beam.

Therefore, the waterproofing layer and the metal surface finishing layer provide double waterproofing. In addition to improving the waterproofing effect, the waterproofing layer and the metal surface finishing layer are integrated so that there is no gap, so that water is not invaded, dew condensation or smoldering occurs, and stable waterproofing performance is exhibited. . Moreover, by prefabricating as the panel forming the roof structure, on-site assembly can be facilitated, labor saving in construction and stable quality can be achieved. Further, by inserting a waterproof material and / or a sealing material forming a waterproof layer as a joining means, watertightness is ensured, and water leakage of the roof is reliably prevented.

Further, the heat insulating material layer (3) includes not only foamed synthetic resin heat insulating material such as polystyrene type, urethane type and polyethylene type but also wood wool cement board, siding board, rock wool, glass wool, etc., and is particularly excellent in heat resistance. Those having compressive strength and those having difficulty in absorbing water are preferable, and are formed with a roof slope as shown in FIG. 2 if necessary. Among the foamed synthetic resins as the preferable heat insulating material layer (3), as a heat insulating material having particularly excellent heat resistance, for example, α-methylstyrene was copolymerized with a vinyl monomer containing styrene or acrylonitrile as a main component and foamed. Examples thereof include Heat Max (Kanefuchi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), and foam-molded copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride (Dylark; Sekisui Plastics Co., Ltd.). These heat insulating materials are not particularly susceptible to thermal deformation even when the metal surface finish layer is heated in the midsummer sun, and are therefore particularly preferable in the southern regions where the temperature tends to rise. In addition, a semi-incombustible or incombustible vinyl chloride-based or chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin foam filled with a large amount of inorganic fibers such as rock wool and calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, etc. (Barillac: manufactured by Kanegafuchi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. ) And the like are also preferable in places where fireproofness or the like is required, or in necessary parts such as welding.

In addition, the joints can be shifted above and below the single plate as shown in FIG. Further, it is also preferable to provide a groove on the lower side of the heat insulating material so that the structure can be ventilated to prevent water absorption into the heat insulating material.

Asphalt roofing in which a large amount of asphalt is impregnated and coated is extremely effective, and among them, the one having self-adhesiveness is particularly preferable in terms of adhesion with the metal surface finishing layer (5). For the metal surface finishing layer (5), generally, any metal plate such as stainless steel, aluminum plate, and surface-treated steel plate defined by JASS12 roof construction specifications can be applied. Further, it is also possible to reduce the change due to expansion and contraction due to heat by providing unevenness on the back surface of the metal plate or providing convex portions on the metal layer.

It is advantageous in terms of work to bond with.
Although not shown, a waterproof layer may be further provided between the roof substrate (1) and the adhesive layer (2) on the upper surface thereof, and in this case, the waterproof layer is the same as the waterproof layer (4). Asphalt roofing can be used.

Can be kept. In this case, it is easier to carry this laminated product to the site, assemble each prefabricated panel on the site, and after the assembly, perform rain punishment on the ends of the joints, eaves, ridges, etc. Construction is possible. The required length and width are preferably, for example, the length and width that can be loaded on the transportation means, and can be freely set according to the purpose.

A watertight structure is adopted by adhesion.

It is desirable that the strain of change due to heat between the waterproof layer (4) and the waterproof layer (4) can be relaxed. Further, in FIG. 7, one side of the waterproof layer (4) is stretched in a state where the heat insulating material (3) and the waterproof layer (4) are bonded, and the waterproof sheets are lap-joined at the time of construction on site. The lap joining position is preferably between the different coating materials (8) at the joining portion of the metal finishing layer (5).

In addition to having a waterproofing effect due to the finishing layer, they both exhibit stable performance as a roof waterproofing without water intrusion and dew condensation, and a prefabricated heat insulating material layer, upper waterproofing layer and metal surface finishing layer. By adopting this, not only new construction but also renovation of heat insulation and waterproofing on the existing waterproof roof becomes easy, and good workability can be achieved.
In addition, the layered structure of the roof according to the present invention does not damage the waterproof layer because the laminated material is entirely layered by adhesion without using fixing means penetrating the layers, and each of the metal surface finishing layers forms a waterproof layer. By inserting a waterproofing material and / or a sealing material, which is additionally used, and by adopting a joint structure that is bent, a higher degree of water-tightness is made possible, so that intrusion of water can be prevented more reliably. . Further, in the conventional flat roof structure, the roof base is provided with a slope, but in the present invention, the roof base is horizontal, and since a sloped roof can be easily formed only by providing a slope to the heat insulating material layer, labor saving is achieved. It is extremely economically advantageous. Further, even when the slope of the roof base is gentle, by adopting a heat insulating layer with a slope, it is possible to form a sloped roof having a higher drainage property. The present invention not only has a heat insulating effect but also a drainage property of the roof. Combined with the double waterproof effect, the waterproof performance is further enhanced.
It is expected to be very effective as a roof structure in snowy regions, areas with high rainfall, or depopulated areas.
