a,1bへ回転自在に支持される。中空軸にはモータ駆
動用電線がコネクター12を介して挿入される。電磁ブ
レーキ装置を一体に組込んだモータが市販されているの
で、モータ2にはこれを用いる。フレーム5はコ形をな
し、中央辺で構造物に固着され、対向両辺でドラムの両
側軸受環1a,1bを支持する。減速装置6は市販のハ
ーモニックドライブ装置を用いる。互いに多数の歯でか
み合う内外輪から成り、内輪は若干弾性を帯びたものと
し、かつ歯数を外輪より僅かに少なくしたものである。
内輪を出力側6bとして回転支持軸4に、外輪をドラム
内面へ夫々固着する。回り止板7はその中心孔で中空軸
3の外端へ螺合固着し、ピン8が附設される。ピン8は
回り止板を貫通しフレームの対応箇所へ穿った孔に挿入

る。回り止板7には有底孔5aと対応位置に円筒状凸部
7aを設け、この凸部でふた付孔7bを形成させてあ
る。そのふたには図4の如くピン9の突起9cが貫通可
能な切欠き7cと、ふたの内面で90度位相をずらせて
突起9cのはまり合う溝7dとを設けてある。有底孔5
aとふた付孔7bとは同径で、ピンの本体9aは両者間
