In order to improve this, a method of impregnating a foamed polyurethane sheet with a water-soluble melamine resin or a diisocyanate compound, or a method of containing an uncured thermosetting resin powder in the foamed polyurethane sheet (Japanese Patent Application No. 3-36110).
No. 9) is known. However, although the moldability can be obtained by these methods, the original texture of the foamed polyurethane sheet is significantly impaired.

ある。DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION As a result of intensive studies to improve the conventional method, the present inventors have found that at least one surface of a heat-settable polyurethane foam sheet containing an uncured thermosetting resin powder is uncured. After laminating the foamed polyurethane sheet containing no thermosetting resin powder, heat treated in a mold, it is possible to easily obtain a foamed polyurethane laminated molded article with excellent texture, well shaped and heat set. The present invention has been found by the finding.

As the thermosetting resin powder, melamine resin powder, phenol resin powder, diallyl phthalate resin powder, unsaturated polyester resin powder, etc. are used, and the addition amount to the foamable polyurethane composition is usually 5 to 3
It is 0% by weight, preferably 10 to 20% by weight. If the addition amount is less than 5% by weight, the heat setting property is poor, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, foaming is hindered or the flexibility of the foamed product is lowered, which is not preferable. A curing catalyst may be mixed in advance with the foamable polyurethane composition in order to shorten the heat setting time. The expandable polyurethane composition and the foaming conditions are not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected from conventionally known ones.

い。The heat-settable polyurethane foam laminated sheet is produced by laminating a natural polyurethane foam sheet on one side or both sides of the heat-set polyurethane foam sheet depending on the application. This lamination method includes a method of laminating a heat-settable polyurethane foam sheet and a natural foamed polyurethane sheet via an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive before or during molding, or a method of forming a natural foamed polyurethane sheet on the heat-settable polyurethane foam sheet surface. A method of foaming and stacking the sheets can be adopted, but the method is not particularly limited.
