Description of the Related Art As a core material for a molded ceiling material for automobiles using a foamed polyurethane sheet, a foamed polyurethane sheet is impregnated with a water-soluble melamine resin in order to have heat setting property, and then dried in a mold. Molded by heat treatment. However, in this method, the drying property is poor because the melamine-based resin is water-soluble. Further, since the foamed polyurethane sheet is sublime, it is difficult to obtain a long one, and therefore, the frequency of joints increases during impregnation, which complicates the process. For the above reasons, it was difficult to produce a foamed polyurethane molded product by this method.

After obtaining a foamed sheet containing a water-soluble resin powder, by heat treatment in a mold, it was found that a well-shaped and heat-set polyurethane foam molding can be easily obtained without impregnation. The present invention has been achieved.

It is characterized in that after obtaining the foamed sheet, it is heat-treated in a mold.

However, a mixed resin powder of a high molecular weight resin powder and an oligomer or a low molecular weight resin powder may be used. The amount added to the expandable polyurethane composition is usually 5 to 60% by weight, preferably 10 to 3%.
It is 0% by weight. If the addition amount is less than 5% by weight, the heat setting property is poor, and if it exceeds 60% by weight, foaming is hindered or the flexibility of the foamed sheet is reduced, and tearing or wrinkling occurs during molding, which is not preferable. A curing catalyst may be mixed in advance with the foamable polyurethane composition in order to shorten the molding time.

(Polyurethane foam, written by Yoshio Imai, published by Kobunshi Kogakukai; published by Polyurethane Resin Handbook, edited by Keiji Iwata, published by Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun). If necessary, a pigment, a filler, a fiber reinforcing material and the like may be added to the foamable polyurethane composition.

Further, in molding in a mold, by inserting an impregnated or non-impregnated sheet on one side or both sides, it is possible to obtain a laminated molded article which is well shaped and heat set.
