[Prior Art] Conventionally, there are stockings such as pantyhose in which the main body part, excluding the toe part and the welt part, is made of mesh material and has a patterned pattern. This type of patterned stockings is knitted using a well-known stocking knitting machine with a cylinder number of around 400 needles, and in this knitting process, the main part of the stockings, which is the patterned part, has a relatively fine yarn count at each yarn feeding section. Each course is knitted by feeding the base yarn 1' and a thicker pattern yarn, and as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the base yarn 1' is flat-knitted in all courses, and this flat The pattern yarn 2' is knitted by appropriately selecting the needles according to the pattern to be knitted in the yarn feeding section of the knitted ground texture a', thereby forming a stitch forming portion 4 in which the pattern yarn 2' is plated on the ground yarn. ' and the part 5' sunk on the back side are each stitch in the course direction and 2 in the wale direction.
Based on a mesh fabric knitted alternately for each stitch, the stitch forming portion 4' fills in the mesh to express a desired pattern.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the patterns of panty pants and the like knitted as described above are made by using a mesh fabric as a base and filling the meshes with the stitch-forming portions of the pattern yarn. It only expresses the pattern of
The pattern is simply a relatively simple planar pattern expressed by the density of stitches of one type of pattern thread, and the pattern lacks variation and diversity as patterned stockings. In particular, in recent years, consumer preferences have tended to become more diverse, but the conventional stocking patterns cannot sufficiently meet these diverse preferences.

In addition, in the knitting method of the present invention for obtaining the patterned stockings described above, when knitting the stocking main part using a stocking knitting machine equipped with an even number of yarn feeding parts of 4 or more, every other yarn feeding part is knitted. The base yarn and pattern yarn are fed, and the base yarn is flat-knitted on the entire course, and the pattern yarn is submerged in the stitch forming part and the back side by plating with the base yarn by needle selection action according to the knitting pattern. The two parts are knitted as appropriate to knit a pattern based on a mesh fabric in which both the parts exist alternately in the course direction and the wale direction, and in the yarn feeding part between the yarn feeding parts, only the yarn for the boss pattern is knitted. Yarn is fed, needle selection is performed in units of multiple yarns, the boss pattern yarn is inserted and cut over multiple stitches, and the stitches of the ground yarn and/or pattern yarn are removed at the next yarn feeding section. The feature is that the stitches are intertwined with each other without forming stitches, and a katsuto boss pattern is created at the required locations.

[Function] The patterned stockings of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration are based on a mesh fabric in which the patterned main body of the stockings is made up of a part where the pattern yarn is stitched together with the ground yarn and a part sunk into the back side. On the pattern created by the stitch forming part of the pattern yarn, that is, the pattern expressed in shading depending on the stitch density of the pattern yarn, stitches are formed in units of multiple stitches of boss pattern yarn, which is thicker than the pattern yarn. Since it is inserted without twisting and the cut boss pattern is formed at the required location, the cut boss pattern part is in a state that is slightly more raised than the handle part due to the mesh fabric and the stitch forming part of the pattern thread, It is perceived as a pattern with a thick and bulky feel, and this overlaps with the original pattern expressed by the stitch forming part of the pattern yarn, giving it a unique change, or as if it makes a part of the original pattern stand out. As a result, it has a design pattern that gives an unprecedented and novel impression. In particular, the yarn for the boss pattern that makes up this pattern can be a thread of a different color from the ground yarn or the pattern yarn, in which case the pattern can be seen more prominently and the novelty of the pattern is further increased.

Further, according to the knitting method of the present invention described above, the ground yarn and the pattern yarn are fed in every other yarn feeding section among the even number of yarn feeding sections, and the ground yarn is knitted with the ground yarn and the pattern yarn is knitted. A pattern based on a mesh fabric is knitted by a stitch forming part and a part sunk to the back side, and only a boss pattern yarn having a thicker count than the pattern yarn is fed in the yarn feeding section between the yarn feeding sections. Then, the cut boss pattern is formed by the boss pattern yarn that does not form cut stitches by inserting the boss pattern yarn over multiple stitches by selecting needles in units of multiple threads. The stitch forming part of the pattern yarn forms a pattern based on the mesh fabric formed by the stitch forming part and the part sunk to the back side, and the cut boss pattern is formed by the boss pattern yarn, as described above. It is possible to knit stockings with a novel pattern. In particular, by alternately arranging the yarn feeding section for the ground yarn and pattern yarn and the yarn feeding section for only the boss pattern yarn, knitting of patterns based on mesh fabrics using the ground weave and pattern yarn, and knitting of patterns based on the mesh fabric using the ground weave and pattern yarn, and the yarn feeding section for the boss pattern yarn only are arranged alternately. Since the formation of the cut boss pattern is performed alternately, the thread for the boss pattern inserted over multiple stitches becomes entwined with the stitches of the ground yarn and/or pattern yarn in the next yarn feeding section, and is Even if the pattern thread itself does not form stitches, it is held securely by entwining with each stitch of the ground yarn and pattern yarn extending over a plurality of stitches in the course direction.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the yarn for the boss pattern is inserted separately from the pattern yarn that makes up the pattern based on mesh fabric, it can not only be made thicker but also the same color as the other yarns. It is also possible to knit using threads of different colors without any problems. Moreover, various cut boss patterns can be formed by changing the needle selection action in this yarn feeding section regardless of the knitting of the ground yarn and pattern yarn.

Therefore, the main body part A with the stocking pattern is formed by plating the pattern yarn 2 against the ground yarn 1 in units of one stitch in the course direction on the plain knitted ground texture a, and the stitch forming portion 4 and the pattern yarn 2. Based on the mesh fabric b, which is knitted in such a way that the portions 5 sunk into the back side are alternately present every stitch in the course direction and every two courses in the wale direction, by the stitch forming portions 4 in units of stitches. A pattern is created by filling in the stitches to form an arbitrary shape such as a floral pattern, and the boss pattern yarn 3 is added to the stitches of the ground yarn 1 and pattern yarn 2 as shown in the figure. A desired cut boss pattern d is formed by inserting stitches or other plural stitches at required intervals in the course direction and wale direction without forming stitches and entangling each stitch. In the case of Fig. 1, the cut boss pattern d is formed by inserting the boss pattern yarn 2 in units of 3 stitches over 6 courses, every other course, and the flower-shaped pattern part c formed by the pattern yarn 2.
It is arranged in a point-like manner so that it is located in the center of the area. By arranging the cut boss pattern d continuously at intervals in the wale direction or course direction, a vertical or horizontal striped pattern can be formed.

The patterned stockings described above are knitted using a stocking knitting machine with a cylinder having 340 or more needles, for example around 400 needles, and a knitting machine equipped with an even number of yarn feeding sections of 4 or more. In particular, when knitting the main body part A of stockings, which is the patterned part, every other yarn feeding section, for example, the first and third odd-numbered yarn feeding sections, feeds ground yarn 1 and pattern yarn 2. Each course is knitted using these two threads, and as shown in Fig. 6, ground thread 1 is passed over all knitting needles n1 and n2 that rise to the knitting position, and the entire course is plain knitted, and pattern thread 2 is knitted. , as shown in the same figure, by the needle selection action of the patterning needle selection mechanism, every other knitting needle n1 or n2 is alternately applied to form a stitch with the ground yarn 1 every other stitch, that is, every other knitting needle is first applied to every other knitting needle n1 or n2. If a stitch is formed using n1, then every other knitting needle n
By alternately repeating the knitting in which stitches are formed by 2, and by appropriately selecting needles according to the knitting pattern as shown in Fig. 3, the stitch forming part 4 and the stitches by plating are formed in each stitch of each course. The parts 5 which are sunk on the back side without being formed are knitted alternately in the course direction and the wale direction, and two courses each are knitted with the same knitting structure. As a result, the stitch forming portion 4 of the pattern yarn 2 and the portion 5 sunk on the back side are alternately present every stitch in the course direction and every two courses in the wale direction, and the mesh is transferred to the pattern yarn 2. The pattern is knitted in such a way that it is filled with the stitch forming portion 4.

Further, the second and fourth even-numbered yarn feeding sections between the yarn feeding sections feed only the boss pattern yarn 3 without feeding the ground yarn and the pattern yarn, and have a needle selection mechanism. By suitably selecting needles in units of a plurality of knitting needles, for example, three, as shown in Fig. 7 using a pattern drum or the like, the thread 3 for the boss pattern is hung and inserted only on the selected plurality of knitting needles n, and then cut. do. The boss pattern yarn 3 inserted in units of multiple stitches in this way escapes from the knitting needles together with the ground yarn 1 and pattern yarn 2 by forming stitches with the ground yarn 1 and pattern yarn 2 in the subsequent yarn feeding section. The threads 1 and 2 are held down by the continuous portions of the needle loops and the following sinker loops, and are held in an entangled state without forming any stitches in each stitch at the inserted location. Thread 3 for this boss pattern
By appropriately selecting and setting the insertion position, that is, the wale and course to be inserted, by the needle selection action, it is possible to form an arbitrary cut boss pattern d in addition to the pattern c formed by the pattern thread 2 as shown in FIG. can. In addition, if a thread for the boss pattern 3 is a thread of a different color from the base thread and the pattern thread, the embroidery effect of the cut boss pattern d can be emphasized. By feeding the yarn, cut boss patterns d of different colors can be formed.

In addition, as for the pattern using the pattern yarn 2, the stitch forming portion 4 is formed by plating the pattern yarn 2 onto the ground yarn in units of multiple stitches by performing needle selection in units of multiple needles other than the above-mentioned two needle selections.
It is also possible to create a pattern based on a mesh fabric in which there are alternating parts 5 and sunken parts 5 on the back side. In this case, the pattern part c formed by the pattern thread 2 becomes larger than the conventional pattern. For example, when using the above two needle selections, a maximum of 20 unit sets of patterns can be obtained, as shown in part A of Figure 5, that is, the maximum pattern width is 40.
It has a large wale pattern, and by combining this with the katsuto boss pattern d, an even more innovative pattern can be expressed.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the patterned stockings of the present invention have a pattern on the main body of the stockings, which is based on a mesh fabric patterned with pattern threads, and is expressed in shading depending on the stitch density of the pattern threads. The katsutoboss pattern is created by inserting a thread for the boss pattern that is thicker than the pattern thread, so the stocking pattern has much more variation and design than the conventional stocking pattern, and the embroidery effect of the katsutoboss pattern part and the bulkiness of the thick fabric. Along with this, it can give the impression that it is a very unique and innovative pattern that has never been seen before, increasing the diversity of stocking pattern designs, matching current sensibilities, and meeting the tastes of a variety of consumers. We can fully meet your needs. In addition, the structure, especially the base structure, is the same as the conventional one, the number of stitches, that is, the stitch density, is not coarse, and it has sufficient strength against tension. Furthermore, the cut boss pattern can be made in a different color from the other parts, and in this case, the stockings can have an even more novel pattern.

Further, as described above, according to the knitting method of the present invention, the stitches of the pattern thread are basically meshed with the same ground texture as the conventional one, that is, the same number of stitches, and the stitch forming part of the pattern thread and the part sunk to the back side. It is possible to knit together the pattern created by the forming part and the katsutoboss pattern using the thread for the boss pattern, and it is possible to easily and reliably create stockings with a pattern that is rich in variety and gives an extremely innovative impression as described above. can be organized. In particular, among the even number of yarn feeding sections, every other yarn feeding section feeds the base yarn and pattern yarn, and
In the yarn feeding section between them, only the yarn for the boss pattern is fed and knitted, so there is no need for a special yarn feeding section for inserting the yarn for the boss pattern, and moreover, the yarn for the boss pattern can be inserted in units of multiple stitches. is entangled with the stitches and held by the subsequent stitch formation at the yarn feeding section. Therefore, stockings having the novel pattern described above can be knitted using a stocking knitting machine with the same number of needles as conventional stockings without changing the number of stitches, that is, the stitch density of the base weave.
