Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a complex wiring unnecessary in a device for collective control of a plurality of showcases by a method wherein a centralizing device and each showcase are provided with a radio transmitter and receiver, so that transfer of the data therebetween is effected in a wireless manner. CONSTITUTION:At a store such as supermarket where a plurality of refrigerated showcases 1 are installed on the floor, a centralizing device 2 is provided at one of the corners thereof to collectively control each of the showcases 1. Each showcase 1 and the centralizing device 2 are provided with a radio transmitter and receiver 3 for transfer of information therebetween, whereby the predetermined data for controlling cooling air outlet temperature, defrosting starting time, return temperature, etc., are transmitted from the centralizing device 2 through a radio wave in the store to each showcase 1.
