2. Description of the Related Art In a house having a closed building structure such as a condominium, since tatami mats do not breathe and tend to become damp, the conditions are high and high humidity suitable for breeding mites, and mites are likely to occur. For this reason, it has been studied to provide tatami mats with a mites-preventing effect. However, conventional insect-proof tatami mats are organic phosphorus-based, pyrethroid-based, carbamate-based, or diazinon-based organic chemicals that are sprayed or adhered to the tatami floor or tatami mat. .. Further, these organic agents are liable to lose their mites-preventing effect due to volatilization, and their useful lives were only about one year at the most. For this reason, after that, it was necessary to spray a mite-preventive spray or to heat-dry at 50 to 70 ° C. for 1 hour or more.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention, which was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, provides a tatami-bed, a tatami-mat, or an intermediate layer thereof with B 2 at a rate of 1 to 300 mg / g / Hr at 20 ° C. It is characterized in that a boric acid-based glass powder that elutes O 3 is bonded.

The boric acid glass used in the present invention is B 2
O 3 as main components B 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -Na 2 O -based, B 2 O 3 -Na 2 O -RO system (R
Is an alkaline earth metal), B 2 O 3 -Na 2 O-Al 2 O 3 type glass, etc., and should dissolve gradually from the surface in water or in a humid atmosphere to elute B 2 O 3. Can be done. The elution rate can be controlled by the powder particle size and the glass composition, and in the present invention, it was adjusted so that B 2 O 3 can be eluted at a rate of 1 to 300 mg / g / Hr in water at 20 ° C. Use one. However, this elution rate shall be measured using glass powder with a particle size of 500 μm. If the B 2 O 3 elution rate of the boric acid-based glass measured in this way is less than 1 mg / g / Hr, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient acaricidal effect, and if it exceeds 300 mg / g / Hr. It is not preferable because it shortens the life.

The above boric acid glass has extremely low toxicity. As a result of an acute oral toxicity test using mice at the Japan Food Analysis Center, B 2 O 3 80 mol% and SiO 2 10 mol% were found. , For Na 2 O 10 mol% glass, LD 50 mouse = 3250 mg / g. Further, with respect to the glass containing 45 mol% of B 2 O 3 , 40 mol% of SiO 2 and 15 mol% of Na 2 O, the LD 50 mouse was 5000 mg / g or more.

According to the present invention, when boric acid glass powder is adhered to the tatami floor, it is preferable to disperse 1 to 200 g per 1 m 2 of the tatami floor in the tatami floor. When boric acid glass powder is adhered to the tatami mat, it is preferable to adhere 1 to 20 g per 1 m2 of the tatami mat to the inner surface. In this case, in the tatami-bed of synthetic fibers, it is possible to knead boric acid glass powder into the fibers, but it is necessary to have a fiber structure in which the boric acid glass powder is exposed on the surface of the fibers. Furthermore, when bonding boric acid glass powder to paper or non-woven fabric (polyester, nylon, etc.) that wraps the tatami floor, 1-20 per 1 m 2
It is preferable to bond g. 0 instead of paper or non-woven fabric.
It is possible to use a film having boric acid glass powder carried on a film provided with about 10 to 1000 punch holes of 1 mm or less per cm 2, but in this case, the film is stretched in the manufacturing process and It is preferable that the boric acid glass powder kneaded in is exposed on the surface of the film.

[Function] This boric acid-based glass powder is used for tatami mats, tatami mats, and tatami mats.
Alternatively, the insect-proof tatami mat of the present invention adhered to those intermediate layers,
Under conditions of high temperature and high humidity suitable for reproduction of mites, the amount of B 2 O 3 eluted increases, and as shown in the following examples, excellent mites-preventing effect can be exhibited. Moreover, this boric acid-based glass is more safe than conventional organic chemicals, and can exhibit a stable anti-mite effect for a long period of time without volatilizing. Examples of the present invention will be shown below.

[Example 1] B 2 O 3 60 mol%, SiO 2 20 mol%, Na 2 O 1
A boric acid-based glass powder having a particle size of 40 μm and having a composition of 0 mol% and CaO 10 mol% was prepared and adhered to a kraft paper wrapping a tatami floor with a cellulosic adhesive at a rate of 2 g / m 2 .
The boric acid glass used was 20% at a particle size of 500 μm.
The dissolution rate of B 2 O 3 in water at ℃ was 2.0 mg / g / Hr. We wrapped the tatami floor with this kraft paper, and set the insect-proof tatami wrapping the outside on the tatami mat in a new concrete house. For comparison, a non-treated tatami mat and a conventional tatami mat treated with an organic chemical were set in the same manner. Immediately after setting, one year later, two years later, 100 cm 2 of straw on the upper surface of the kraft paper was taken and the number of mites was counted.
The following results were obtained.
