【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】投入された空き缶を所定経路に沿って移動
させプレスに案内して圧潰し、次いで磁性の有無に応じ
て選別しそれぞれの放出路に向けて放出する空き缶圧縮
選別機において、 前記プレスは、 磁性を有する固定板と、 この固定板の両側部に設けられ、前記固定板を電磁吸着
して保持する一対の電磁石と、 前記可動板に対して接近離間することにより前記固定板
との間に前記所定経路を経て供給された空き缶を挟み込
み、次いで前記固定板との間で圧縮する可動板と、 この可動板を駆動する駆動源とを有することを特徴とす
る空き缶圧縮選別機。
1. An empty can compression / sorting machine which moves an input empty can along a predetermined path, guides it to a press and crushes it, then sorts it according to the presence or absence of magnetism and discharges it toward each discharge path. The press includes a fixed plate having magnetism, a pair of electromagnets provided on both sides of the fixed plate and electromagnetically attracting and holding the fixed plate, and the fixed plate by approaching and separating from the movable plate. An empty can compression / sorting machine, comprising: a movable plate that sandwiches an empty can supplied through the predetermined path between them, and then compresses the empty can with the fixed plate; and a drive source that drives the movable plate.
【請求項2】投入された空き缶をガイド部材により所定
経路に沿って移動させプレスに案内して圧潰し、次いで
磁性の有無に応じて選別しそれぞれの放出路に向けて放
出する空き缶圧縮選別機において、 前記ガイド部材は、 一端が前記プレスに連結され、かつ下面には凹凸構造が
設けられている通路部材と、 この通路部材の前記凹凸構造の部分に当接し、該通路部
材を揺動を伴って長手方向に移動可能に支持する支持部
材とを有することを特徴とする空き缶圧縮選別機。

出する空き缶圧縮選別機において、 前記ガイド部材は、 前記プレスとの連結端が円滑に連結するように半円筒状
に成形されていることを特徴とする空き缶圧縮選別機。

受け面に多数の小穴が設けられた山形の仕切り板を有す
ることを特徴とする空き缶圧縮選別機。
