However, since this apparatus is configured to sort and separate a steel can and an aluminum can in advance before the can is crushed, the steel can is supplied in a normal state in which the outer shape of the can is not damaged. At this time, the can is transferred to a desired position by the attraction force of the magnet, but a deformed can, that is, a steel can that is depressed or distorted in outer shape, has the magnet attached to the can. Does not work well, and its suction surface has a very small contact area with the can, so it is separated from the conveyor without the suction force to hold it in the can. Since it is mixed in the compression section, inconvenience occurs in a later recycling step.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and comprises a can compressing means corresponding to a lower side of a can input section and a can selecting means. The sorting means has a compact structure by attaching an inclined disk to the support shaft of the fuselage at the falling position of the crushed can and arranging an annular magnet behind the disk to suck and hold the crushed magnetic can. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a can collection processor capable of easily and automatically sorting and separating a steel can and an aluminum can which are randomly inputted and crushed.

Then, the crushed can falls on a low surface of the inclined disk continuously rotated at a predetermined speed from the end of the compression means. When the crushed can is an aluminum can, the crushed can is inclined. Since it is not affected by the magnetism of the annular magnet disposed on the back side of the disk, it slides down by its own gravity along the inclination of the disk and is collected in the aluminum can pool.

Therefore, as the disk rotates, the crushable can is turned from a low place to a high place and further to a low place to make a detour, and the crushed can which has reached the low place again is separated from the inclined disk. By means, the can is separated from the board surface against the attraction force of the magnet or with the attraction force being gradually reduced, so that the can slides down the slope and is collected in the steel can pool.

The magnet 26 is fixed to a support plate 34 attached to the body 4 by providing a gap on the back side of the inclined disk 25 on the upper surface of the disk 25 so as to give an attractive force to the can b. The crushed magnetic can b (steel can) is sucked and held at the receiving position 28 by arranging two pieces in a series of annular shapes with different polarities near the outer periphery of the inclined disk 25. With the rotation of the inclined disk 25, the steel can b thus turned pivotally moves from a low position to a high position, and then turns to a low position by reversing, and the other side of the receiving position 28, that is, the steel can The aluminum can b, which does not receive the magnetic force of the magnet 26 until it is transferred to the can b until it is transported to the delivery position 35 of the b, slides down from the inclined disk 25 at the receiving position 28. At the bottom of the aluminum can 36 It is recovered Te.

The separating means 27 separates the crushed can b sucked and held in association with the inclined disk 25 from the disk surface. As shown in FIG. 3, a magnet provided on the back side of the inclined disk 25 26 at a low point of inclination, and
Is gradually separated from the back surface of the inclined disk 25 as approaching the delivery position 35, whereby the magnetic force acting on the inclined disk 25 is gradually reduced. In order to attenuate the magnetic force of the magnet 26, the amount of the magnet 26 may be gradually reduced, or the polarity of the NS pole may be made the same at the position.

In the case shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a guide 37 of a substantially b-shaped can b is attached to the body 4 above the inclined disk 25, and the magnet
If the upper surface of the magnet 26 is provided uniformly at the same interval with respect to the back surface of the disk 25 in the mounting mode of the disk 25, the magnet 26 detours upward from the receiving position 28 of the can b and reaches the sending position 35 on the other side. It receives a uniform magnetic force.

In particular, since the sorting of steel cans and aluminum cans is performed after the crushing of the cans, the cans are sufficiently flat and the contact area of the sorting means with the inclined disk is as large as possible. And the magnetic force of the magnet acts sufficiently on the crushed can, preventing the steel can from being mixed into the aluminum can due to mis-suction and holding, and improving the yield of highly reusable aluminum cans. Significantly improved. And so on.

1. A loading section for a can provided at an upper part of a body, a compression means for crushing the can in a flat shape corresponding to a lower side of the loading section and dropping the can to a lower portion, and a falling position of the crushed can. The tilting means is provided rotatably, the non-magnetic can is slid down to one side, and the magnetic can is attracted, swiveled and dropped to the other side by sorting means, wherein the sorting means is a spindle supported by the body. A tilting disk that is rotatable in one direction by a driving means, and that is mounted so that the low point on the tilt corresponds to the falling position of the can,
An annular magnet is provided on the back side of the disk to adsorb and hold the crushed magnetic can, and a release unit is provided in conjunction with the inclined disk to release the crushed can held by suction from the surface of the disk. And can collection processing machine.
