この考案は、ヒユーズクリツプにヒユーズを装
着し、通常の使用状態において発生するジユール
熱の放熱性を向上させるとともにヒユーズクリツ
プ自体を構成する板材が薄くても、そのヒユーズ
クリツプの外部回路との接続用端子に接続される
リセプタクルコネクターの端子差し込み部と確実
に電気的、機械的接続が行なわれる構造を有する

ダウンのための工夫が要求されている。その結果
ヒユーズクリツプとして重要な熱的、機械的性能
を無視し、ヒユーズクリツプ自体を構成する板材
を薄くし、材料費を低減するといつた方向に進む
傾向があつた。しかし、単に板材を薄くした場
合、ヒユーズ口金部の接触圧が低下しヒユーズに
熱がこもりやすく、その結果ヒユーズの寿命や信

上記データの如く約2割の温度上昇を低減出
来、この結果ヒユーズの熱的ダメージを低減し、
ヒユーズの寿命と信頼性に著しい向上が得られる
ものとなつた。また第3図はクリツプの外部回路
との接続用端子面3の断面図を示したもので端子
面3を凹型に成形し、更にその凹型成形部の底面
4に凸部5を成形することにより外部回路との接
続用端子の受け側であるリセプタクル端子6(第
4図)の係止爪7と確実に引つ掛かる構造となつ
ている。また、リセプタクル端子の差し込み間隙
8よりヒユーズ自体の板材が薄くてもヒユーズク
リツプの接続用端子面3の凹型成形により凹型成
形部の作る段差により見かけ上板材が厚くなつた
のと同じ効果を示し、リセプタクル端子の差し込
み間隙8に対しピツタリとはまり込む厚さとなつ

も確実に電気的、機械的接続を可能にしたヒユー
