り量の調節等のメンテナンス作業を行える利点もある。

は図外の走行機体の後部にリンク機構を介して苗植付装

ム兼用の植付伝動ケース4に対して一定ストロークで往
復横移動する苗のせ台5、苗のせ台5の下端部から苗を
一株づつ取り出して圃場に植付ける植付機構6、複数の
整地フロート7等を備えて構成され、植付機構6は横軸
芯周りで回転駆動される回転ケース8の両端部に夫々、
先端に植付爪9を備えた植付アーム10を相対回動自在
に支承し、図示しないギア機構により回転ケース8の回
転駆動に伴って植付爪9が側面視ほぼ楕円軌跡を描きな
がら、植付け作動を行うよう構成してある。苗のせ台5
の苗載置面における下方側箇所には、載置苗の浮き上が
りを阻止する苗押さえステー11を苗載置面5aに近接
する作用姿勢と上方外方に離間する退避姿勢とに亘り、
後部横軸芯X1周りで切り換え揺動自在に設けてある。
この苗押さえステー11は、苗のせ台5の各条仕切り部
5aに立設したブラケットに亘って架設した支軸11a
に固定連設され、この支軸11aを操作具11bにより
回動操作することで、上記姿勢切り換え操作を行えるよ
う構成してある。前記施肥装置3は、図3に示すよう
に、上部に粉粒状の肥料を貯溜するホッパー12を2条
づつ連なる状態で備え、このホッパー12に下方に各条
に繰り出し機構13を装着するとともに、繰り出されて
きた肥料を作溝器14により圃場面に作成された溝内に
流下案内させる流下パイプ15を配備して構成してあ
る。前記繰り出し機構13は、繰り出しケース16内
に、外周面に肥料入り込み用凹部を形成した繰り出しロ
ール17を配備するとともに、この繰り出しロール17
を駆動軸18により回動させ、凹部内に溜められた肥料
だけを下方に流下パイプ15を介して流下案内させるよ
う構成してある。植付機構6における各植付アーム10
横側に亘り架設した支持部材19〔回動部の一例〕に、
回転ケース8の回転軸芯と偏芯した位置で枢支連結した
ロッド20を駆動軸18に連動連係させて、駆動軸18
が回動するよう構成してある。そして、前記施肥装置3
は全条のものを一体的に、植付機構6の上方側に近接し
て配備される作業位置と、上方側の退避位置とに亘り上
下位置変更自在に支持するよう構成してある。つまり、
図4、図5にも示すように、植付伝動ケース4の後部側
から左右一対の支持レール23,23を立設するととも
に、各条の施肥装置3を支持アーム24を介して一体的
に連結固定した横フレーム25を、左右一対の可動フレ
ーム26,26に連結し、左右夫々の可動フレーム2
6,26を上下一対のガイドローラ27によりスライド
移動自在に支持レール23,23に係合支持させてあ
る。前記各可動フレーム26,26には、図8に示すよ
うに、支持レール23,23に形成した係合孔28に入
り込む係合作用位置と上方側に揺動して係合を解除する
スライド操作位置との切り換え揺動自在並びに係合側に
図示しないバネにより回動付勢したロック具29を備
え、支持レール23,23には下方側作業位置に施肥装
置3を係止保持する位置と、最大上昇させた退避位置に
係止保持する位置の夫々に係合孔28を形成してあり、
上方にスライド移動させると、自動的に係合ロックが掛
かるよう構成してある。又、前記退避位置まで施肥装置
3を上昇させると、苗押さえステー11が退避姿勢への
切り換え作動に際して施肥装置3が邪魔にならない位置
になるよう設定してある(図2参照)。前記植付機構6
及び作溝器14は位置固定状態に設けられるから、上記
したように施肥装置3がスライド移動するに伴って、こ
れらとの間の連係を解除するよう構成してある。つま
り、肥料流下経路の途中部に分離部30を形成し、この
分離部30の下部側がラッパ状に形成して差し込み装着
並びに分離が容易に行えるよう構成してある。又、繰り
出し駆動用ロッド20は植付機構6側の端部を容易に連
結を解除できるようにしてある。この連結箇所は図6、
図7に示すように、ロッド端部に設けられるボールジョ
イント31の連結用軸部32に支持部材19に対して相
対回動自在に嵌合する筒体33を螺合装着し、支持部材
19に取付けてあるストッパー部材34により、筒体3
3の抜け止めを行うよう構成し、ストッパー部材34を
ピン35長孔36係合により抜け止め係合位置と係合解
除位置とにスライド自在に設け、このストッパー部材3
4をスライドさせて筒体33を抜き外すことで容易に連
結を解除できるよう構成してある。そして、このように
連結が解除されたロッド20は、施肥装置3を上方に退
避させた場合に、苗取り出しに邪魔にならないよう位置
保持するようにしてある。つまり、施肥装置3の後方側
に横軸芯X2周りで揺動開閉自在な蓋体45で繰り出し
機構13を覆うよう構成するとともに、この蓋体45に
係止フック46を設け、開放させた状態でこの係止フッ
ク46に係止して、苗のせ台5の上方を開放させた姿勢
で前記ロッド20を係止保持させるようにしてある(図
9参照)。図5に示すように、左右各支持レール23,
23の上部同士に亘って横支持杆37を架設連結し、こ
の横支持杆37に横方向に沿ってブラケットを介して付
勢機構の一例としてのガススプリング39を架設支持し
てある。そして、前記左右可動フレーム26,26の下
部に夫々、ワイヤ40,40の一端を連結し、各ワイヤ
40,40を横支持杆37の左右両側部に支承したプー
リ41,42、中間部に支承したプーリ43並びにガス
スプリング39の移動ロッド39aの先端部に支承した
可動プーリ44を介して巻回して、横支持杆37に夫々
の他端を連結支持してある。つまり、ガススプリング3
9の付勢力により可動プーリ44の横移動付勢力によ
り、各ワイヤ40,40の可動フレーム26,26側が
上方に持ち上げ方向に補助的な付勢力が付与されること
になる。従って、施肥装置3を下方作業位置から上昇操
作する際に、人為操作により持ち上げ操作しても、その
操作を軽く行えることとなる。
