The permanent magnet 3 is a support portion 2g of the stator case 2
As shown in FIG. 6, different poles are alternately present in the longitudinal direction at a constant pitch. Since the permanent magnet 3 is magnetized in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, that is, in the thickness direction, it is in a state viewed from one side with the above-mentioned alternate different poles. Now, let 1 pitch consisting of N pole and S pole be L.

Press-fit and hold to 18. Next, one end of the feedthrough capacitors 15 and 15 and the connecting portion 17d of the terminal plates 17 and 17 are connected by the lead wires 20 and 20. Further, the electric wires 21, 21 leading to the connector 22 are connected to the other ends of the feedthrough capacitors 15, 15. Next, the upper piece 16b of the feed-in plate 16 is attached to the support projections 18c, 1 of the terminal board holder 18.
Insert between 8c. At this time, feed-in plate 1
Both side pieces 16d, 16d of 6 are also supporting recesses 18d, 18d of the terminal board holding body 18.
Is fitted into. Next, the fixing screw 19 is inserted through the insertion hole of the feed-in plate 16 and screwed into the screw hole of the terminal plate holder 18 to make the feed-in plate 16 and the terminal plate holder 18
Are integrated, and the assembly is completed.

In the power supply member 14 as described above, the upper piece 16b of the feed-in plate 16 is a projection for attaching the stator case 2.
The fitting portion 18b of the terminal plate holder 18 is fitted into the inside of the stator case 2 between 2j and 2j. From the middle of the operation, the contact portions 17e of the terminal plates 17, 17 start to contact the end portions of the contact portions 17e of the power supply board 4 with the conductive portions 5, 6 of the power supply board 4 with the spring portion 17c being slightly bent. Then, the mounting screw 23 is screwed into the screw hole 16e of the upper piece 16b of the feed-in plate 16 in a state where the contact portion 18a of the terminal plate holder 18 is in contact with the end surface of the stator case 2.
The attachment screw 23 pulls up the upper piece 16b of the feed-in plate 16 and presses it against the attachment protrusions 2j, 2j, whereby the power supply member 14 is attached to the stator case 2. As a result, the contact portions 17e of the terminal plates 17 and 17 come into contact with the conductive portions 5 and 6 of the power supply board 4 at their end faces under a predetermined contact pressure, and electrical connection can be established between them.

This linear motor includes two coils (two phases) of the three coils (three phases) 12, 12, 12 of the mover block 7.
A current is constantly passed through the brush 13 to generate a propulsive force in a certain direction by the magnetomotive force generated at that time, thereby moving the mover block 7.

In the linear motor of the present invention, when the power supply member is mechanically attached to the end of the stator case, the terminal plate of the linear motor is brought into pressure contact with the conductive portion of the power supply board for electrical connection. Therefore, at that time, the soldering work is not required, and the electrical connection between the feedthrough capacitor and the power supply board can be easily performed with high reliability.
