成し、磁極コアに巻線を施したのち磁極コアを外輪コア
に結合する構造が採用されている。従来における磁極コ
アを外輪コアに結合する構造としては、特開昭63−2
99737号公報に示されるように、外輪コアに蟻溝状
の嵌合凹部を設け、磁極コアにこの嵌合凹部と嵌合する
挿入凸部を設け、外輪コアの嵌合凹部に磁極コアの挿入
凸部を圧入して結合させる構造になっている。2. 動機のステータは、電磁鋼板等の薄板を積層してなる円

電磁鋼板等を積層してなる磁極コア2とから構成されて
いる。外輪コア1はリング形に形成された薄板を複数枚
積層したもので、磁極コア2は、外周側に開放する巻線
装着用のスロット3を形成している。外輪コアの外周に
にフレーム4が設けられている。このフレームの内径は
外輪コアの外径よりも小さく構成してある。電動機のス
テータを製造するときは、磁極コアの内径と略等しい図
示しない治具に磁極コアを挿入し、磁極コアの外周に外
輪コアを嵌め込み、その後フレームを焼きばめして磁極
コアと外輪コアとをフレームにより固定する。フレーム
は冷却後外輪コアとのハメ合いが締め代嵌合となり外輪
コアを内側に押し、フレームと外輪コアの締結と外輪コ
