Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting and the removal of the ear piece by providing a contact adjustment member used to adjust the contact to an external auditory wall at a position almost opposite to a concha in a projecting way so as to mount the ear piece even to a left ear or an ear of anybody. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 12 and other recessed part 12' opposite to each other with respect to a location of a center line of a throughhole of an ear piece 1a are provided to the ear piece. A contact adjustment member 14 whose outer shape is formed as a leaf and having a projection 13 fitted to the one recessed part 12 and other similar contact adjustment section 14' are fitted turnably to the ear piece so that the projection 13 (13') is fitted to the recessed part 12 (12') respectively. Thus, an external auditory insertion section 2 is smoothly inserted to a left/right external auditory, the contact adjustment members 14, 14' are used to attain proper and stable contact onto the external auditory wall and the external auditory insertion section 2 is fitted to the external auditory in an excellent way.

2. Description of the Related Art In a handset (for example, disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 62-137951) in which an earpiece and a microphone are connected by a holding body, and the tip of the holding body is supported by an outer ear, the position is located at an intertraumatic notch. The projecting front portion is provided on the holder to prevent the holder from rotating in the direction of gravity. However, since the tragus, antitragus, and intertraumatic notch are extremely soft, no matter how lightweight the handset is, it is not stable enough to withstand the momentum of the human head. Furthermore, the concha of the concha near the antitragus is shallow, and there are some people who do not get caught by the antitragus, which is a drawback that they cannot be worn stably.

There is a handset in which an ear hanger is provided on a holder that connects an ear speaker and a microphone. I put the ear hanger over the auricle and wear it, but I can not wear it one by one, especially if I make it easy to install the positional relationship between the ear hanger and the ear speaker, it is not possible to hold it stably when wearing it on the left, If the ear and the right ear need to be attached to the ear, the ear hanger cannot be used unless the holder is rotated.

As shown in FIG. 8, the center of the ear canal 21 and a straight line 9-9 connecting the mouth, the nose or the jaw are included, and when the head is viewed from the front, an approximate entrance 22 (9th) of the ear canal 21 is formed.
When examining the external auditory meatus 21 on a plane including approximately the middle of the forehead and the middle of the forehead, the approximate shape is as shown in FIG.

[0006] Taking the left ear as an example, there is a bottom portion of the concha of the concha 24 on the opposite side of the tragus 23 across the approximate entrance 22 of the ear canal 21, and the ear canal 21 wraps around to the rear side. Wall 28 that is meandering and protrudes into the ear canal 21
Is formed. The bottom portion of the concha cavity 24 is immediately below the tissue such as thin skin, and there is a portion of the skull 25. Although the tip 28 ′ of this protruding wall is soft, the skin is thin and a wall 28 having a relatively high hardness as compared with the tragus 23 is formed.

The wall of the ear canal 21 on the left side from the back side of the tragus 23 to the eardrum 26 forms a gradual curve 29, and there is a small recess 27 at the tip thereof, as shown in FIG. The ear canal 21 reaches the tympanic membrane 26 while bending slightly to the left toward the tympanic membrane 26 after passing through this portion. Except for the vicinity of the concave portion 27, the feature that does not feel much pain is shown.

The lower wall portion 24 'of the concha cavity 24 shown in FIG. 9 is relatively resistant to the force in the direction of gravity, and the antitragus 30 is located on the outer side thereof. Tragus 23, antitraverse 3
There are many proposals regarding 0, intertraumatic notch 31, and concha of concha 24, but many propose that the lower wall portion 24 ′ of concha of concha 24 is expected to bear proof strength. Further, the depth of the wall portion 24 ′ varies greatly depending on the person, and in some people, the antitragus 30 hardly projects. In this case, the tragus 23, the antitragus 30,
It is impossible to hook and hold an earphone or the like by using the interlaced notch 31, and stable wearing cannot be expected.

Means for Solving the Problems The ear canal insertion portion 2 is bent toward the back of the ear canal 21 in accordance with the refraction of the ear canal 21, and the tip 2'of the ear canal insertion portion 2 is provided on the back side 2 of the wall 28.
8 "(toward the back of the ear canal 21), the tip of the ear hooks on the back side 28", and the earpiece is rotated with respect to the external force of the ear canal 21. , The lower side 2 ″ of the ear canal insertion portion 2 of the earpiece 1 and the tragus corresponding portion 2 ″ ′ generate a force against rotation (FIG. 10).

In the present invention, the force against rotation is, as it were, the ear canal 2.
Paying attention to the fact that the shape of 1 is unevenly twisted, and by making the earpiece into a shape that almost fits this shape, it is made difficult for the earpiece to rotate in the ear canal 21. The properties of the external auditory meatus 21 that do not have pain sensation are used except for.

Further, in order to resist this rotational force, by providing a protrusion of an appropriate size in a portion substantially facing the wall portion 24 ', the wall portion 24' below the concha of the concha 24 is also provided. It has been found that this rotation resistance can be provided.
However, the relationship between the degree of refraction of the external auditory meatus 21 and the size of the concha cavity 24 varies greatly depending on the person, and even if a simple protrusion is provided on the earpiece, depending on the person, the protrusion rides on the antitragus 30. On the contrary, it was found that the refraction of the ear canal and the shape of the earpiece could cause incompatibility.

According to the present invention, based on the above consideration, the shape of the earpiece is such that it fits well in the ear canal. That is, it comprises one or both of a microphone and a speaker, has a portion that is substantially symmetrical with respect to the center plane and is in contact with the wall of the ear canal, and has a bend-shaped ear canal insertion portion that matches the refraction of the ear canal in the center plane. In the earpiece provided, an ear canal insertion type ear piece provided with a contact adjusting member for adjusting contact with the ear canal wall at a position substantially opposite to the concha cavity in a state where the ear canal insertion portion is inserted into the ear canal. is there.

A feature of the present invention is to provide a contact adjusting member which can be adjusted, exchanged, attached / detached, or changed in position of the earpiece between the tragus and the wall of the concha of the ear and facing the concha of the ear. As a result, stable wearing when worn on the ear becomes extremely good. When equipped with a microphone, a speaker, or a microphone and a speaker, the earpiece has a function of transmitting, receiving, or transmitting / receiving, respectively.

Further, in order to miniaturize the earpiece, a solid vibration sensor (microphone) for picking up bone conduction voice vibration is provided in the earpiece, an earphone is installed outside the earpiece, and a sound received by the earphone passes through the earpiece. A sound guide channel may be provided so as to lead to the ear canal. It is also possible to use an earpiece whose outer shape is partially changed so that a partial gap is created between the earpiece and the wall of the ear canal, and the earpiece is arranged so as to wrap the outside of the earpiece and reach the ear canal.

Since the earpiece of the present invention is securely fixed in the ear canal, the earpiece does not fall off the ear canal even when the head of the human body makes a drastic movement.
Further, it has an effect of increasing the sealing property of the ear canal, and is effective even in the presence of noise. When the earpiece has a microphone function, a scratching sound is less likely to be produced, and the listener does not feel uncomfortable.
