The building 3 is provided with a room 12 and a room 13 with a hallway 11 in between. In the room 12, an indoor unit 14 is installed, and an outside air intake 15 for indoor ventilation is installed at a predetermined position on the outer wall of the room 12, for example, at an upper position near the ceiling, and an outside air intake port 15 is installed in the hallway 11.
A door 16 that can be opened and closed is provided on each side wall. The indoor unit 14 is similar to the indoor unit of a normal separate air conditioner.
It is equipped with a heat exchanger, a blower, etc. that function as a filter, condenser, or evaporator. Further, a suction port 17 is formed in the floor 4 of the hallway 11 and communicates with the underfloor 5, and a door 18 is attached to the suction port 17 so as to be openable and closable.

At this time, in the underfloor 5, when the water vapor that has risen due to underground heat comes into contact with the polyethylene sheet 21, the water vapor condenses because the temperature of the space under the floor 5 is low. At that time, heat of condensation is released, so floor 4
Together with the heat dissipation from the room 12 via the room 12, the air in the underfloor 5 is warmed. Therefore, the outside air sucked into the underfloor 5 from the plurality of vents in the fabric foundation 2 is
After being warmed while passing under the floor 5, it is introduced into the heat exchanger 26 of the outdoor unit 24 while being guided to the bellows-shaped duct 31 through the exhaust port 22.

On the other hand, when the blower 27 of the outdoor unit 24 is operated with the door 18 of the suction port 17 open, a ventilation state as shown by the arrow is created. Here, the low-temperature outside air that enters the room 12 from outside through the outside air intake 15 mixes with the relatively high-temperature air in the upper part (near the ceiling) of the room 12 and then descends.
The air is exhausted from the gap in the door 16 to the underfloor 5 through the suction port 17 in the hallway 11. At this time, since the outside air mixes with the high temperature air in the room 12 and descends, so-called downdraft of cold air is prevented.

As a result, in the under-floor 5, in addition to the aforementioned condensation heat and heat dissipation in the room 12 via the floor 4, warm air from the room 12 is exhausted, so the air in the under-floor 5 is heated to a higher temperature. . As a result, the heated air inside the underfloor 5 is introduced into the heat exchanger 26 of the outdoor unit 24 through the bellows-shaped duct 31.

In addition, if the door 18 is opened, the outside air intake 15
In addition, by operating the blower 27, the air in the room 12 is quickly introduced into the underfloor 5 through the gap in the door 16 and the suction port 17. This promotes ventilation within the room 12,
It is possible to prevent the air in the room 12 from drying, contaminating, etc. during heating. Furthermore, since the warm air in the room 12 and the air under the floor 5 are introduced into the outdoor unit 23 in a mixed state, the thermal efficiency of the outdoor unit 23 is improved.

On the other hand, if the door 18 is closed, only the air under the floor 5 can be introduced into the outdoor unit 23 to perform heating while keeping the room 12 sealed. Therefore, for example, when heating is started, heating operation can be performed without ventilating the inside of the room 12, and as a result, heat loss due to ventilation inside the room 12 is prevented, and the room 12 can be quickly heated to the desired temperature. .

Therefore, according to this embodiment, the outdoor unit 24
is installed outdoors, and an air guide 31 is provided between the intake port 28 of this outdoor unit 24 and the exhaust port 22 of the underfloor 5, and the air inside the underfloor 5 is channeled through the air guide 31.
This eliminates problems when installing the outdoor unit under the floor, such as difficulty in installation work, problems caused by vibrations generated from the outdoor unit, and rainwater intrusion due to incomplete seals. Therefore, the temperature conditions inside the underfloor 5 can be effectively utilized to improve the performance of the outdoor unit 24, in other words, to save energy.

Furthermore, since the bellows-shaped duct 31 is used, it is possible to absorb the positional error with respect to the building 3 when installing the outdoor unit 24, and also to
There is an advantage that vibrations such as these are not transmitted to the building 3. Furthermore, by using the bellows-like duct 31, the piping for connecting the outdoor unit 24 to the indoor unit 14 can be routed through the bellows-like duct 31, so that these pipes are not exposed to the outside. As a result, the aesthetic appearance is not impaired.

In addition, a suction port 17 that communicates with the underfloor 5 is provided on the floor 4 of the hallway 11, and a door 18 is provided in the suction port 17 so that the door 18 can be opened and closed.
When the blower 27 of the outdoor unit 24 is operated, outside air is sucked into the room 12 from outside through the outside air intake port 15 and is exhausted from the gap between the door 16 of the room 12 through the suction port 17 of the hallway 11 to the underfloor 5. be done. As a result, the air in the underfloor 5 is heated by the warm air from the room 12, the heat radiation from the room 12 via the floor 4, the condensed heat of water vapor, etc., in addition to the natural temperature conditions, so This can contribute to improving the performance of the outdoor unit 24 at times.

In addition, a ventilation condition is created in which fresh air is sucked in from the outdoors and is exhausted to the underfloor 5 through the room 12, and then introduced from the underfloor 5 to the outdoor unit 24 through the bellows-shaped duct 31. Since this can be done satisfactorily, the life of the building 3 can be extended due to the moisture-proofing effect. Furthermore, outside air is in room 1
Since the air enters the room 12 and mixes with the relatively high temperature air in the upper part (near the ceiling) of the room 12 before descending, so-called down draft of cold air can be prevented and the room can be ventilated.

In addition, since the outdoor unit 24 is installed via the base 23, the inside of this base 23 can be used as a casing for things other than the heat exchanger 26 and the blower 27, such as a compressor, as well as air conditioning and hot water supply using heat pumps. It can also be used as a switching circuit type heat storage tank.

In addition, in this embodiment, the air guide is not limited to the bellows-shaped duct 31 described in the above embodiment; for example, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. A frame body 41 is attached so as to surround it, and an elastic member 4 made of rubber, foamed resin, etc. is attached along the tip of this frame body 41.
Similar effects can be expected even if 2 is installed.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, a rectangular tube-shaped cylinder 43 that fits inside the exhaust port 22 is integrally attached to the intake port 28 side of the outdoor unit 24, and this cylinder 43 is inserted into the exhaust port 22. They may be fitted together. In this case, since the base 23 is not required, it is not only possible to install the device at a low cost, but also the installation work can be easily performed using the existing ventilation holes. In other words, in the case of under-floor installation, the size and shape of the outdoor unit is limited in order to use existing vents, whereas if the shape and size of the outdoor unit can be made arbitrary, the existing vents must be modified. On the other hand, this embodiment has the advantage that existing vents of any shape and size can be used as they are. However, in this case,
Since the vibration of the outdoor unit 24 may be transmitted to the building 3 through the fabric foundation 2, the cylindrical body 43 and the fabric foundation 2
It is preferable to take anti-vibration measures between the exhaust port 22 and the exhaust port 22.

In addition, a suction port that introduces air from the room into the underfloor area is provided on the floor surface so that it can be opened and closed freely, so opening the suction port can ventilate the room as well as the underfloor area. On the other hand, if the suction port is closed, only air conditioning operation is performed without ventilating the room, allowing efficient operation with less heat loss.
